★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conect não fornece o que é prometido nos seus pacotes , tem um bom tempo que a rede da minha residência está muito abaixo da quantidade de mega que o contrato estabelece ,ja foram efetuadas várias reclamações os técnicos vieram ao local constataram que não há problema ou defeito interno nos aparelhos porém o que é fornecido pelo servidor está muito abaixo do do estabelecido no contrato tenho o pacote de 30 m e o que está sendo oferecido não passa de 0,58 kb queremos reembolso ou a solução do problema já estamos pensando em entrar em contato com os órgãos responsáveis pela defesa do consumidor péssimo atendimento, péssima qualidade de serviço prestado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou ha 5 dias sem internet pois um caminhão quebrou o fio (que instalaram baixo demais), e, desde então, se recusam a prestar atendimento. Enviaram um técnico para minha casa no sábado depois de muito insistir e ameaçar cancelar o serviço, o referido funcionário chegou aqui 11:30 e disse que não iria fazer a manutenção pois “estava muito tarde e o serviço é demorado”.
Empresa péssima e sem o mínimo de comprometimento com o cliente. Alegam que fornecem atendimento 24hrs mas, ao ligar para a matriz, disseram não poder resolver a situação por ser feriado.. deixei uma solicitação de técnico marcada para o sábado de manhã, ninguém compareceu, fui até a filial (Teofilo Otoni) e o responsável me respondeu que as atendentes da matriz “não resolvem nada”. Daí se vê a seriedade da empresa.
Não recomendo a ninguém, Teofilo Otoni tem outras empresas que fornecem o mesmo serviço pelo mesmo preço e devem ser menos irresponsáveis na prestação de serviços.
I have been without internet for 5 days because a truck broke the wire (which they installed too low), and since then they have refused to provide assistance. They sent a technician to my house on Saturday after much insisting and threatening to cancel the service, the employee arrived here at 11:30 and said he would not do the maintenance because “it was too late and the service is taking too long”.
Bad company and without the minimum of commitment to the customer. They claim to provide 24-hour service but, when calling the headquarters, they said they could not resolve the situation because it was a holiday .. I left a request for a technician scheduled for Saturday morning, no one came, I went to the branch (Teofilo Otoni) and the person in charge replied that the attendants at the headquarters “do not solve anything”. Hence the seriousness of the company.
Not recommend to anyone, Teofilo Otoni has other companies that provide the same service for the same price and should be less irresponsible in providing services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não fornece o que é contratado, pura enganação. Baixa qualidade de Internet, roteador fraco. Arrepende de ter trocado de fornecedor. E pra cancelar querem me cobrar multa de quebra de contrato, um absurdo tendo em vista o péssimo atendimento e comprometimento para com o cliente.
The company does not provide what is hired, pure deception. Poor Internet quality, weak router. Regrets having changed supplier. And to cancel, they want to charge me a fine for breach of contract, which is absurd given the poor service and commitment to the customer.

Internet dropped too much, support very bad and time consuming, I was forced to use it for 1 year because of the contract, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Você liga ninguém atende, tudo mandam chamar no WhatsApp e lá demoram muito te responder. Você é ignorado completamente. Não tem atendimento finais de semana. Pra quem trabalha com a internet.... Vc acaba ficando na mão. Contrata um plano e nem o carne te enviam mesmo vc pedindo várias vezes o impresso.
Horrible service. You call, no one answers, they all send a call on WhatsApp and there they take a long time to answer. You are completely ignored. There is no service on weekends. For those who work with the internet.... You end up getting stuck. Hire a plan and not even the carne send you even asking for the form several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De incio vamos lá pra quando solicitamos o serviço.... Liguei, fiz o pedido e no dia marcado pra instalação nada de ninguém aparecer. Esperei mais um dia e também nada. Resolvi ligar né, pra saber o pq não vieram. Segundo a a atendente que me atendeu a gente tinha solicitado o cancelamento. Quando perguntei quem solicitou e qual número entrou em contato ela não soube responder. São antiprofissionais atendimento a desejar. Já estamos com problema na rede a exatamente 5 dias e não resolvem. Perdi reunião de trabalho, meu irmão perdendo serviço e ainda quando entramos em contato querem que ficamos reiniciando roteador/ modem. Inventaram uma tal manutenção na rede e que não acaba mais? Pagamento em dia vcs querem né? E quando vamos falar de cancelamento querem a multa por quebra de contrato fidelidade? ART 35, no inciso III, Podemos sim reincidir contrato pois a quebra de contrato está havendo da parte da empresa. Vocês não estão cumprindo e fornecendo o serviço devido. Ou tomem providências oi tomaremos a nossa. Consumidor não é bagunça pra acharem que devem fazer o que querem não.
E se apagarem meu comentário faço uma reclamação formal no Procon!

Or take action hi we'll take ours. Consumers are not a mess to think they should do what they want, no.
