★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei, gostei muito do atendimento que a Iarla pode proporcionar, sobre o motivo de mudar a minha internet, até pq temos insegurança nessas horas, ainda mais vida de uma internet nova na cidade ( Itaobim mg ).
 I loved it, I really liked the service that Iarla can provide, about the reason for changing my internet, even because we are insecure at these times, even more so with a new internet in the city ( Itaobim mg ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando contratei a VIP a internet pegava uma maravilha. O aparelho fica na sala e desde então wi-fi pegava em toda a casa normal. De uns tempos pra cá pega muito mal ,vive caindo...já reclamei aí inclusive conversei com um técnico. E já faz uns dias que não consigo visualizar nem status de whatsapp de tão ruim, vídeo uma eternidade pra carregar. Trabalho com internet, meu trabalho depende de uma boa internet...se vcs não podem oferecer o serviço como no início do contrato é só me falar que contrato outra empresa.
When I hired VIP, the internet was wonderful. The device is in the living room and since then wi-fi was used throughout the normal house. It's been very bad for some time now, it keeps falling... I've already complained there and I even talked to a technician. And it's been a few days since I can't even see whatsapp status it's so bad, video an eternity to load. I work with the internet, my work depends on a good internet...if you cannot offer the service as at the beginning of the contract, just tell me that I contract another company.

Não entregam oque promete, suporte técnico HORRÍVEL, técnicos que estalam ou que vão na sua casa prestar manutenção, ou quando é reclamado a internet ruim, estes supostos técnicos claramente completamente despreparados, e desprovidos ate mesmo de materiais de trabalho! Não recomendo....
Poor Internet! They don't deliver what they promise, HORRIBLE technical support, technicians who crack or go to your house to do maintenance, or when the internet is bad, these supposed technicians are clearly completely unprepared, and lacking even work materials! I do not recommend....

I changed it waiting for improvements but installed it today and I'm already without Internet and save my mobile data.

Faz 4 dia que foi instalada e já tive q chamar o suporte uma vez,
Ping varia de mais e a internet fica lenta de mais quando se reinicia o modem melhora um pouco mas d pois volta a ficar lenta !!!
Vou trocar o roteador pra ver se melhora conforme orientação dele, caso não melhore vou cancelar
Bad experience so far
It's been installed 4 days ago and I've already had to call support once,
Ping varies a lot and the internet is too slow when restarting the modem it improves a little but d because it becomes slow again !!!
I'm going to change the router to see if it improves as directed, if it doesn't, I'll cancel
