★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Recentemente, passando em frente à loja, observei que na placa ofereciam o serviço de "manutenção de impressora". Entrei para saber mais informações sobre o serviço, a atendente chamou 1 técnico e fui pessimamente atendida, além de fazer pouco caso, agiu com deboche, como cliente me senti ofendida. Resolvi meu problema em outro local, fui muito bem atendida, só espero que outros clientes que forem até essa loja sejam atendidos com mais profissionalismo, às vezes o profissional sabe fazer "o básico" p/ o qual foi contratado, mas não sabe atender/lidar com pessoas, se bem que EDUCAÇÃO é o básico p/ qualquer setor da vida.
Terrible attendance. Recently, passing in front of the store, I noticed that on the sign they offered the "printer maintenance" service. I went in to find out more information about the service, the attendant called 1 technician and I was poorly attended, in addition to making little case, he acted with debauchery, as a customer I felt offended. I solved my problem in another place, I was very well attended, I just hope that other customers who go to this store will be served with more professionalism, sometimes the professional knows how to do "the basics" for which he was hired, but he doesn't know how to attend / dealing with people, although EDUCATION is the basic for any sector of life.
