★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência muito desagradável neste estabelecimento. Ao utilizar os serviços de acesso a internet e impressão o computador estava muito lento, portanto após vários minutos de utilização em que eu não estava conseguindo enviar o arquivo para a impressora, solicitei ajuda para a atendente que estava no caixa, e ela pediu a uma senhora (aparentemente a proprietária do quiosque) que foi até o computador em que eu estava utilizando e também não conseguindo resolver o problema chamou outro rapaz que trabalha lá para tentar resolver, mas este por sua vez estava em horário de almoço e sugeriu que eu trocasse de computador mudando o meu "log" de acesso e tempo de utilização para outra máquina (com isso já havia se passado aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos) . Após feita a mudança para outro computador (que também estava lento, mas nem tanto) consegui efetuar o acesso e a impressão do documento. Ao terminar os meus serviços me dirigi para efetuar o pagamento e quando a atendente me disse o valor eu questionei o valor cobrado pelo tempo de utilização pedindo que fosse desconsiderado a parte do tempo que perdi por ineficiencia e precariedade do sistema, ela por sua vez olhou para a senhora (possível proprietária) que estava ao seu lado ouvindo tudo que estava acontecendo mas sem se manifestar e pediu para que esta resolvesse, porém a senhora explicou que não poderia fazer NADA e alegou que isso as vezes é normal e pode acontecer pois se trata de equipamentos eletrônicos, eu disse que não concordava com o argumento dela, pois se o serviço é falho não é culpa do cliente (neste caso eu era o cliente) e que não achava JUSTO em ser cobrado por um tempo de utilização em que não consegui fazer o que precisei por motivos falhos do estabelecimento. Ela por sua vez disse que não poderia fazer nada pois não tinha "autonomia" para tal e após eu insistir que a cobrança estava errada, que deixaria de ser cliente do quiosque e dizer que voltaria depois para falar com o responsável (que eu imagino ser o marido desta senhora) ela misteriosamente e como se fosse num passe de mágica "passou a ter" autonomia para não me cobrar pelo tempo em que perdi. Foi neste momento que percebi que realmente deveria para de utilizar os serviços deste estabelecimento e foi o que fiz...das vezes seguintes que precisei fazer serviços similares fui na loja LAN HOUSE que fica no 2 piso da galeria OXFORD e fui super bem atendido pelo rapaz que lá trabalha (aparentemente é o dono do negócio).
Em resumo, deixei de ser cliente deste quiosque pela simples falta de bom senso deles com seus clientes, espero que ao lerem este relato tomem as devidas providências para corrigir tais problemas e tenham consciência de que não pode e não é justo cobrar do cliente pelo que não é devido.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. When using the internet access and printing services, the computer was very slow, so after several minutes of use when I was not able to send the file to the printer, I asked the attendant who was at the cashier for help, and she asked for a lady (apparently the kiosk owner) who went to the computer I was using and was also unable to solve the problem, called another guy who works there to try to solve it, but this one, in turn, was at lunchtime and suggested that I change of computer changing my "log" of access and usage time to another machine (with this it had already passed approximately 15 to 20 minutes) . After changing to another computer (which was also slow, but not so slow) I was able to access and print the document. When I finished my services, I went to make the payment and when the attendant told me the amount, I questioned the amount charged for the time of use, asking to disregard the part of the time I lost due to inefficiency and precariousness of the system, she in turn looked to the lady (possible owner) who was at her side listening to everything that was happening but without speaking and asked for it to resolve, but the lady explained that she could do NOTHING and claimed that this is sometimes normal and can happen because if deals with electronic equipment, I said that I did not agree with her argument, because if the service is faulty it is not the customer's fault (in this case I was the customer) and that I did not think it FAIR to be charged for a period of use when I managed to do what I needed for faulty reasons of the establishment. She, in turn, said she could do nothing because she had no "autonomy" to do so and after I insisted that the charge was wrong, that she would no longer be a customer of the kiosk and say that she would come back later to speak with the person in charge (who I imagine to be this lady's husband) she mysteriously and as if by magic "gained" autonomy not to charge me for the time I lost. It was at this moment that I realized that I really should stop using the services of this establishment and that's what I did...the next few times I needed to do similar services I went to the LAN HOUSE store on the 2nd floor of the OXFORD gallery and I was very well attended by the guy who works there (apparently owns the business).
In summary, I am no longer a client of this kiosk due to their simple lack of common sense with their clients, I hope that when reading this report, they will take the necessary steps to correct such problems and are aware that it is not fair to charge the client for what it is not due.
