★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por conta de um compromisso cheguei ao local sem marcar e fui atendida mesmo após as 20h, achei a solicitude e o capricho um diferencial. Super recomendo e vou voltar com certeza.
Due to a compromise I arrived at the place without making an appointment and was attended to even after 8 pm, I found the solicitude and the caprice a differentiator. I highly recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Apressando o profissional que estava me atendendo!!! A recepção tem que controlar o acesso de clientes e impedir esse constrangimento!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente cabelereiro! E as manicures são ótimas tb! Ia lá pra agendar mas no caminho torci o pé e ralei..la elas me ajudaram a parar de sangrar e depois quando fui fazer a unha tomaram o maior cuidado com o local..nota 1000 o atendimento!
Great hairdresser! And the manicures are great tb! I went there to schedule but on the way I twisted my foot and ralei .. they helped me stop bleeding and then when I went to make the nail took the greatest care with the local .. 1000 service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponto positivo: Recepcionista educada e atenciosa. Ponto negativo: Local não dispõe de banheiro público. Tem que usar o do shopping. A manicure que me atendeu cutilou a unha sem soltar adequadamente a cutícula, apesar de eu ter pedido para empurrar mais.
Positive: Receptionist was polite and helpful. Negative point: Location does not have public restroom. You have to use the mall. The manicure that picked me up tingled the nail without properly releasing the cuticle, although I had asked to push more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre achei o tratamento nesse salão bem esquisito,mas como é do lado da minha casa, valia a pena pagar pra ser maltratada, já que a unha é relativamente bem feita. Mas a última vez foi ridícula. Eu entrei e pedi pra fazer pé e mão sem marcação conforme as placas dizem ser possível... a senhora do caixa disse que havia horário disponível e me fez esperar por meia hora em pé sem me deixar sair para fazer nada sob a alegação de que a manicure só estava terminando de pintar... para no momento em que eu sento na cadeira com meu esmalte a senhora do caixa (provavelmente a dona ou gerente) dizer "ih,pé e mão não dá,só a mão" então eu argumentei dizendo que ela não me informou isso antes e que só a mão eu não queria fazer e ela me disse "então não podemos te atender". Ridículo é eufemismo para o que aconteceu. Mesmo sendo do lado de casa,não vale a pena.
I always found the treatment in this salon very strange, but as it is on the side of my house, it was worth paying to be abused, since the nail is relatively well done. But the last time was ridiculous. I went in and asked to do hand and foot without appointment as the signs say it is possible ... the cashier lady said there was time available and made me wait for half an hour standing without letting me go out to do anything under the allegation that the manicure was just finishing painting ... for the moment when I sit on the chair with my nail polish the lady at the cashier (probably the owner or manager) says "ih, foot and hand doesn’t work, just the hand" so i argued saying that she didn’t inform me before and that only the hand I didn’t want to do and she said “so we can’t answer you”. Ridiculous is an understatement for what happened. Even being on the side of the house, it is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje mais uma vez tive uma péssima impressão desse lugar que na minhas idas ao local que pude concluir que são amadores. Atendimento bom de algumas manicures, mas de outras não. Não são nem um pouco profissionais e nem comprometidas. Hoje, véspera de carnaval agendei meu horário para as 09h e as 09:05 a manicure não havia chegado e estava presa num engarrafamento.Ok, isso pode aconteceram todo mundo. Perguntei para a recepcionista ou gerente, não sei quem é a pessoa, mas acredito ser a gerente já que ela não havia chegado como ela poderia me ajudar e ela disse que não podia fazer nada e nem saber se ela já estava chegando, quanto tempo iria demorar. Não acreditei naquela resposta, perguntei se ela estava brincando. E ela disse que não e que não tinha ninguém e nem demostrou nenhuma vontade de tentar me ajudar. Deixei de marcar unha onde costumo fazer e acabei ficando na mão. Não indico e nem recomendo esse local para ninguém. Não é a primeira vez que passo por essa situação de atraso de manicure e o pior é depois ainda receber uma mensagem por email (agendei pelo site Trinks) que não compareci ao local! Estou chocada com a falta de competência e o amadorismo deles.
Today again I had a bad impression of this place that in my trips to the place I could conclude that they are amateurs. Good service from some manicurists, but not from others. They are neither professional nor committed. Today, the eve of Carnival I scheduled my time for 9am and at 9:05 am the manicure had not arrived and was stuck in a traffic jam. Okay, that could happen to everyone. I asked the receptionist or manager, I don’t know who the person is, but I believe I’m the manager since she hadn’t arrived as she could help me and she said she couldn’t do anything and not even know if she was already arriving, how long she would be delay. I didn't believe that answer, I asked if she was kidding. And she said she didn't and that she didn't have anyone and she didn't show any desire to try to help me. I stopped marking my nail where I usually do it and ended up keeping it in my hand. I do not recommend nor recommend this place to anyone. It is not the first time that I go through this situation of delayed manicure and the worst is afterwards I still receive a message by email (I booked through the website Trinks) that I did not attend the site! I am shocked by their lack of competence and amateurism.
