GastroMed, localizada em Parauapebas/PA, rua Araguaia...
Péssimo atendimento, atendente arrogante, ignorante e que trata de forma discriminatória paciente do SUS. Pacientes do SUS são igualmente clientes, cujo exame é pago através dos nossos impostos. Pessoas totalmente despreparadas para lidar com o público. Prefeitura de Parauapebas deveria rever essa parceria.
Cliente vai a clínica, a atendente informa o dia e a hora que será realizado o atendimento, a pessoa fica em jejum desde o dia anterior e tomando medicação, pra chegar na clínica e a atendente de forma grosseira falar "só vamos atender 15 pessoas e os demais voltem outro dia!" e "vcs tem que entender que aqui é uma clínica PARTICULAR e vcs são SUS".
Oiiii?!
Por acaso o exame está saindo de graça?
Por acaso estávamos ali de forma aleatória sem previamente ser agendado o exame para aquele dia?!
O mínimo que a clínica deveria fazer era avisar que estava com o número reduzido de máquinas e pegar o nome dos pacientes que não foram atendidos e já incluir pra o outro dia.
Segue forma adequada de informar o cliente:
"Bom dia. Gostaria de informar que houve uma interferência e nossas máquinas estão em manutenção. Por esta razão, nosso número de exames foram reduzidos. Nos desculpamos pelo transtorno e lamentamos vcs não terem sido informados antecipadamente. Estaremos anotando o nome de vcs para que sejam atendidos amanhã."
É simples!

I take the opportunity to report what happened on 12/01/20 at the Gastromed clinic.
GastroMed, located in Parauapebas / PA, Araguaia street ...
Poor service, arrogant, ignorant attendant who treats the SUS patient in a discriminatory way. SUS patients are also clients, whose exam is paid through our taxes. People totally unprepared to deal with the public. Parauapebas City Hall should review this partnership.
The client goes to the clinic, the attendant informs the day and time that the service will be performed, the person has been fasting since the previous day and taking medication, to arrive at the clinic and the attendant in a rude way saying "we will only serve 15 people and the others come back another day! " and "you have to understand that this is a PRIVATE clinic and you are SUS".
Oiiii ?!
Is the exam coming out for free?
Did we happen to be there randomly without the exam being scheduled for that day ?!
The least that the clinic should do was to warn that it had a reduced number of machines and take the names of the patients who were not attended and include it for the next day.
Here is an appropriate way to inform the client:
"Good morning. I would like to inform you that there was an interference and our machines are under maintenance. For this reason, our number of exams has been reduced. We apologize for the inconvenience and regret that you have not been informed in advance. We will be writing down your name so that be attended to tomorrow. "
