Quando cheguei no local , estacionei meu carro dentro da loja , sem nenhum problema.
Ela chamou um funcionário que prontamente tirou minha cadeira do carro , eu indiquei os problemas e ele me explicou tudo o que eu queria saber. Na mesma hora trocou as peças com defeito ou danificadas e a cadeira ficou como nova. Enquanto esperava , observei algumas cadeiras que eles tinham reformado.
Lindas , pareciam compradas novas.
Gostei muito do atendimento. Recomendo a todos , sem excessão.
From the first moment that I was answered by cell phone with Morgana, she was very friendly, attentive and answered all my questions.
When I got there, I parked my car inside the store, without any problem.
She called an employee who promptly took my chair out of the car, I pointed out the problems and he explained everything I wanted to know. Immediately changed the defective or damaged parts and the chair was as new. While waiting, I noticed some chairs that they had refurbished.
Beautiful, they looked like new ones.
I really enjoyed the service. I recommend it to everyone, without exception.
