★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá caro nessa loja, demorou 2 meses para chegar, eu reclamei com eles e vieram pegar de volta e quando trouxeram ele de novo estava pior do que antes tudo fora dos padrões...um móvel de má qualidade que só serve para dar prejuízo ao consumidor...
Pela experiência que tive não recomendo ela a ninguém...
I bought an expensive sofa at this store, it took 2 months to arrive, I complained to them and they came to take it back and when they brought it back it was worse than before, everything was out of standards... a poor quality piece of furniture that only serves to give harm to the consumer...
From the experience I had, I don't recommend it to anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro realizamos a compra de um sofá retrátil na loja da rua Teodoro Sampaio. Muitas promessas feitas, saímos da loja confiantes que receberíamos um ótimo sofá. Em janeiro recebemos o sofá, no prazo combinado. Os montadores saíram da nossa casa em menos de 10 minutos.
Imediatamente percebemos que existia uma distância entre as duas partes do sofá, um buraco de 2cm entre eles. Muito diferente do que foi apresentado na loja. E inclusive comentamos sobre isso no momento da venda, que esses buracos, com crianças seriam péssimos porque elas perdem todo tipo de coisa dentro do sofá. Além disso, o braço direito está torto, caído para direita. E quando puxamos o assento retrátil, ele não trava, fica se movendo conforme nos mexemos. O que mais surpreendeu foi que o vendedor nos prometeu que nada disso aconteceria com o sofá. Foi um decepção.
Estamos há 4 semanas, desde que a entrega foi realizada, tentando resolver essas questões, mas o vendedor alega que é a fábrica que precisa resolver. Como assim? A responsabilidade não é da loja? Não mandam ninguém para averiguar, muito menos dão um prazo. Um completo descaso deixar o cliente sem resposta, com o produto entregue tão diferente do que foi vendido. Não recomendamos a loja. Agora estamos com um sofá meia boca em casa e arrependidos da compra.
In December, we purchased a retractable sofa at the store on Rua Teodoro Sampaio. Many promises made, we left the store confident that we would receive a great sofa. In January we received the sofa, on time. The fitters left our house in less than 10 minutes.
We immediately noticed that there was a distance between the two parts of the sofa, a 2cm hole between them. Very different from what was presented in the store. And we even commented on this at the time of the sale, that these holes, with children would be terrible because they lose all kinds of things inside the sofa. Also, the right arm is crooked, drooping to the right. And when we pull out the retractable seat, it doesn't lock, it just keeps moving as we move. What was most surprising was that the seller promised us that none of this would happen to the sofa. It was a disappointment.
It's been 4 weeks since the delivery took place trying to resolve these issues, but the seller claims it's the factory that needs to resolve. As well? Is it not the store's responsibility? They don't send anyone to find out, much less give a deadline. A complete disregard to leave the customer without an answer, with the product delivered so different from what was sold. We do not recommend the store. Now we have a half-ass sofa at home and regret the purchase.
