â â â â â Minha geladeira apresentou um problema no motor e optei por fazer o conserto com a empresa de JĂșlio no dia 27/02/2021. No inĂcio foi super rĂĄpido, o tĂ©cnico veio fazer o reparo, atĂ© aĂ tudo bem. Depois de umas 6 horas que o reparo foi feito, a geladeira começou a condensar pela parte de fora perto da parte do freezer. Resolvi esperar mais um tempo para ver se o problema persistia (O problema pelo qual eu solicitei o serviço de JĂșlio nĂŁo foi esse. Foi o motor que havia parado de funcionar.)
ApĂłs um tempo observando que o problema nĂŁo parou, entrei em contato com ele, descrevi o problema e mandei um vĂdeo para o whatsapp com o qual eu fui atendido diretamente por ele. Resultado, atĂ© o momento nĂŁo obtive nenhuma resposta!!
Péssimo pós venda e não indico para ninguém!! O meu conserto foi no valor de R$ 750,00 e quando preciso entrar em contato, absolutamente ninguém aparece para tentar resolver. Decepcionante!
My refrigerator had a problem with the engine and I opted to do the repair with JĂșlio's company on 02/27/2021. At first it was super fast, the technician came to do the repair, so far so good. After about 6 hours that the repair was done, the refrigerator started to condense on the outside near the freezer part. I decided to wait a little longer to see if the problem persisted (The problem I asked for JĂșlio's service for was not this one. It was the engine that had stopped working.)
After a while observing that the problem did not stop, I contacted him, described the problem and sent a video to whatsapp with which I was directly attended to by him. Result, so far I have not received any answer !!
Bad after-sale and I don't recommend it to anyone !! My repair was in the amount of R $ 750.00 and when I need to get in touch, absolutely no one appears to try to resolve it. Disappointing!
