★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zero. Pegaram a minha maquina dizendo que iam consertar e a maquina voltou pior que quando foi. E em Marco de 2016, levaram novamente e ate hoje29/07/2016 nao trouxeram a maquina. Pessimo profissional.
Note zero. They took my machine saying they were going to fix it and the machine came back worse than it was. And in March 2016, they took it again and until today29 / 07/2016 did not bring the machine. Bad professional.

Me passaram um prazo para estarem trazendo a minha máquina e não trouxeram,já fui pessoalmente e falam que assim que o carro chegar mandam a máquina e nada. Estou precisando da maquimá com urgência ,moro no mesmo bairro onde fica a loja e mesmo assim não me entregam. mentem muito . Não recomendo !
Bad experience, no commitment.
They gave me a deadline to be bringing my machine and they didn't bring it, I went personally and they say that as soon as the car arrives they send the machine and nothing. I need the maquimá urgently, I live in the same neighborhood where the store is and even then they don't deliver it to me. lie a lot. I do not recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço!!! Me venderam uma máquina que quebrou 8 meses depois, chamei para consertar, levaram a máquina eu paguei o conserto e a máquina voltou pior do que antes, barulhenta. Encaminhei de novo para eles pois o conserto estava na garantia, ficaram com a minha máquina 6 dias, me enrolaram para devolver, não arrumaram e ainda tive que fazer um escândalo para ter minha máquina devolta em casa. Ainda ouvi desaforos da atendente, absurdo!!! PÉSSIMO PROFISSIONAL, ATENDIMENTO PIOR AINDA!!! NÃO COMPREM MÁQUINAS DELE, VÃO SE ARREPENDER
Terrible service!!! They sold me a machine that broke down 8 months later, I called to fix it, they took the machine away, I paid for the repair and the machine came back worse than before, noisy. I forwarded it to them again because the repair was under warranty, they kept my machine for 6 days, they stopped me to return it, they didn't fix it and I even had to make a fuss to get my machine back at home. I still heard insults from the attendant, absurd!!! TERRIBLE PROFESSIONAL, WORST SERVICE EVEN!!! DON'T BUY HIS MACHINERY, YOU WILL REPENT
