Entrei em contato pela manhã, o técnico foi na minha casa no começo da tarde e no final do dia minha geladeira já estava funcionando normalmente. Tinha tentado uma autorizada Brastemp que me deu um prazo de 15 dias ÚTEIS para reposição de peças. resolveu no mesmo dia. Prazo incomparável com resultado ótimo!

Muito educado, avaliou o problema e me deu orçamento, combinamos o conserto para o dia seguinte. Eles vieram e foram muito honestos comigo me explicando o que poderia ou não acontecer.
