I took two laptops out of combat to switch screens, keyboards, formatting, and upgrades. I am immensely satisfied with the service and care, and I have nothing but praise for the technician. He was attentive, punctual, transparent, always briefed me on the steps and what would be needed, and delivered both laptops working perfectly.
