★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que o serviço de agendamento passou a ser online, enfrentei ainda mais dificuldades para buscar os serviços oferecidos pelo Consulado de Portugal em BH.
Reconheço que o consulado tem inúmeras falhas.
Entretanto, em junho de 2021, tive uma situação bastante positiva com o consulado.
No dia agendado para levantar o passaporte, o sistema estava fora do ar. Acabaram adiando o meu atendimento para o mês de agosto. Isso mesmo, eu teria de esperar dois meses para renovar a documentação.
Graças ao apoio do secretário do consulado, que para a minha surpresa me ligou pelo telefone celular, o serviço foi remarcado. Dentro de três dias úteis, dirigi-me ao consulado e consegui levantar o passaporte. A documentação acabou de chegar em minha residência.
O compromisso firmado pelo secretário (de me ligar e de adiantar o processo) foi cumprido com sucesso, e por isso eu o elogio pelo seu comprometimento.

I recognize that the consulate has numerous flaws.
However, in June 2021, I had a very positive situation with the consulate.
On the day scheduled to pick up the passport, the system was down. They ended up postponing my appointment for the month of August. That's right, I would have to wait two months to renew the documentation.
Thanks to the support of the secretary of the consulate, who to my surprise called me on my cell phone, the service was rescheduled. Within three working days, I went to the consulate and managed to get my passport. The documentation has just arrived at my residence.
The commitment made by the secretary (to call me and advance the process) was successfully fulfilled, and for that reason I commend him for his commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente Michel, super atencioso, a grande crítica fica como dica para o consul, realizei agendamento para horário familiar pelo site, que ficou muito bom, cheguei às 08h40, ou seja, 30 minutos antes, pois a tolerância é de 5 minutos e você perde o horário que é dificílimo para conseguir, mas voltando, sai do consulado as 12h40, isso mesmo 4h para e atendimentos familiares, somente pedido cartão, senhores o meu entendimento deste atendimento é chegar e os três atendimentos em sequência, viagem 1.200 km, e minha saída ficou prejudicada, por que no entendimento dos senhores, ao fazer encaixei entre os atendimentos. Outra dica para quem for, são 2 atendentes, um para cartão e outro para nacionalidade, o atendimento é rápido 20 minutos nem isso, mas não cometa o erro de chegar atraso e subir, não vai ser atendido, não agende um serviço ou tente fazer outro, não vai conseguir, não tem telefone para tirar dúvidas, indico mandei e-mail e fique de olho nele pois seu atendimento pode ser cancelado e imagine você viajar para nada.Outra dica não realizei o agendamento familiar, agende um, volte agende outro, concerteza o tempo entre os atendimentos vai ser menor e você pode até conseguir o verdadeiro atendimento em sequência.
