Fui atendido pela funcionária Angélica uma atendente de baixa qualidade e sem educação Você mal entra na sala ela nem se quer da um bom comprimento cordial não tem uma boa dicção ao falar com a pessoa e nem sabe se retratar a um cidadão português como eu. Espero que senhor Embaixador e o Senhor cônsul coloque em ordem pessoas melhores para atendimento.
Uma atendente que fala alto ao perguntar se trouxe o envelope e você dizer que não começou a dizer que o envelope não estava incluso no pedido e que era minha obrigação trazer o envelope e dizer que teria que reagendar por não ter trago sendo que pelo simples fato do lado da mesa dela ter diversos envelopes. Como pode um envelope branco pequeno não deve nem custar 1real e a funcionária não ser prestativa pra nada isso é um absurdo, cadê o ministério para verificar esse tipo de contratação?
Estou indagado por ter sido tratado dessa forma, na minha primeira vez que compareci o ano passado fui atendido por uma mocinha simples e educada que não me lembro o nome mas ela sim está de parabéns pelo atendimento e já tinha me falado que não precisaria do envelope mas essa moça Angélica é sem condição.
Caso forem ao consulado nunca sejam atendidos por ela
Bad experience! I was attended by the employee Angélica a low quality and uneducated attendant You barely enter the room she doesn't even want to give a good cordial greeting she doesn't have a good diction when talking to the person and she doesn't even know how to portray herself to a Portuguese citizen like me. I hope that Mr Ambassador and Mr Consul will put in order better people to serve.
An attendant who speaks loudly when asking if you brought the envelope and you say that you didn't start saying that the envelope was not included in the order and that it was my obligation to bring the envelope and say that I would have to reschedule because I didn't bring it being that for the simple fact on the side of her desk have several envelopes. How can a small white envelope not even cost 1 real and the employee not being helpful for anything this is absurd, where is the ministry to verify this type of hiring?
I am asked for having been treated this way, the first time I attended last year I was attended by a simple and polite girl whose name I do not remember but she is to be congratulated for the service and had already told me that she would not need the envelope but this Angelica girl is without condition.
If you go to the consulate, never be attended by her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 months I am waiting for my VISA that was done through VFS Global for Portugal.
It looks like there is business going on between the Portuguese consulate Staff in Sao Paulo and VFS Global for making some extra money from people and taking more more than what the actual value of VISA process is.
They lie to people and put that as the government process issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don´t answer the phone, the site if offline for more than 3 months. The people working in the Consulate use to be very good, not sure what happened for the overall service to became so bad. It is very sad.
I just found out that the reason why the site is offline. It is because a number of "despachantes" adds robots to schedule appointment for people that pays for it.... This doesn´t sound legal at all.
I gave 3 stars because in this scenario the telephone (or someone in the Consulate) should be working expeaking with the people and managing this situations.
