Worst South Korean Consulate I have ever been to. Grumpy, rushed, rude and grudging staff. It wasn't like this last year. I do not know what happened.

The experience at the Consulate General of Paulo in Republic of Korea is not a waste even if you give it a thousand points out of 100. The children's passports were urgently needed, and I had to prepare visa documents, but when I was struggling to have a lot of things in a short amount of time, Executive Officer Hong Seung-pyeong really helped me a lot. He took care of the many tasks of a family of four by himself, and he organized the necessary documents and information in an easy-to-understand manner. Thanks to this, I was able to safely get to Korea with a passport and necessary visa without much difficulty. The whole family was able to work with them because they took care of the details where they didn't have to help. Thank you, Seung-pyeong Hong, Executive Officer, and all the employees of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea are fighting! We hope you all do your best in difficult times with Pandemia!
