Mesmo com plano de saúde, você é obrigado a ficar esperando horas, num espaço pequeno para o número de pessoas marcadas, com um ar-condicionado capenga que também não suporta. E, depois de quatro horas esperando, ainda com dois pacientes na minha frente para serem atendidos, desisti e ouvi da secretária que médico é assim mesmo e que a UPA ainda é pior.
Service by arrival time, horrible! Even with health insurance, you have to wait hours, in a small space for the number of people scheduled, with a poor air conditioner that can not stand either. And after four hours of waiting, still with two patients in front of me to be treated, I gave up and heard from the secretary that doctor is anyway and that the UPA is even worse.

O Dr Daniel Bioza endocrinologista me passou exames pra fazer e não carimbou o pedido!!!
Não consegui realizar os exames e liguei mais de 20 vezes para os números da clima e não fui atendido e por alguns momentos desligava o telefone!!!
Fui até a clínica para o Dr carimbar o meu pedido, e o Dr não estava, nao tinha nenhum médico para substituir e o mais revoltante: eles (secretária e um senhor que não sei se é o gerente) não estavam com nenhum paciente e mesmo não atenderam o telefone!!! Me fazendo perder tempo, dinheiro e dia de trabalho!!!

I went to the clinic for the Dr to stamp my request, and the Dr was not there, he had no doctor to replace and the most revolting: they (the secretary and a gentleman who I don't know if he is the manager) were not with any patient and even didn't answer the phone!!! Making me waste time, money and workday!!!
