Continua péssimo atendimento pelo What Zapp, estou desde 11:00 horas da manha aguardando orçamento, nada, liguei pro fixo a menina atendeu e disse tem que aguardar, continua nota zer para atendimento!!
Avena me respondeu em menos de 30 minutos, disse que aguardava outro orçamente, rapidamente me ofereceram um desconto!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente o atendimento é péssimo. É a terceira vez que que procuro a farmácia pelo whatsapp e simplesmente demoram HORAS para responder. Ontem entrei em contato as 10h e só foram me responder 15h, eu respondi e só retornaram no dia seguinte. Aí hoje, falei as 11 e estou até agora esperando: 15:22!!!!!!!!!!!! A atendente é: Thaiana Fernandes.
The service is really bad. It's the third time I look for the pharmacy on whatsapp and they simply take HOURS to respond. Yesterday I got in touch at 10 am and they only answered me at 3 pm, I replied and they only returned the next day. So today, I said at 11 and I'm still waiting: 15:22!!!!!!!!!!!!
