A doutora Camila não caberia espaços aqui para dar tantos elogios aqui ,mas vai alguns : Excelente doutora ama o que faz , excelente profissional além de amar o que faz sabe o que faz , se preocupa todo momento se estamos com dor , muito cuidadosa , muito educada parabéns e também pra toda recepção. Só tenho gratidão.
My experience was totally excellent, I was well attended from the first day I got there. Dr. Camila would not fit in here to give so many compliments here , but here are a few : Excellent doctor loves what she does , excellent professional in addition to loving what she does , she knows what she does , worries all the time if we are in pain , very careful , very polite congratulations and also to the entire reception. I only have gratitude.

Excellent service, I was very satisfied. I went to be seen in the emergency room and without a doubt I became a client, I will start doing all my treatment at the clinic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei a clinica por conta dos comentários do Google e só tenho a validar o excelente atendimento tanto do responsável pela comunicação Sr. Wladimir Santos quanto da Dra. Marisete Cordeiro que foi totalmente humanizado e que numa madrugada de sexta para sábado as 2h da manhã me atenderam muito bem. Foi necessário a extração de emergência do meu siso e toda a cirurgia ocorreu muito bem, me deixando até surpreso pela rapidez e precisão do procedimento. A Dra estava em outra ocorrência e mesmo assim ao terminar veio me socorrer em plena madrugada.
I arrived at the clinic because of Google's comments and I can only validate the excellent service from both the communication officer Mr. Wladimir Santos and Dr. Marisete Cordeiro, who was fully humanized and who attended me in the morning from Friday to Saturday at 2 am very good. An emergency extraction of my wisdom was necessary and the entire surgery went very well, leaving me even surprised by the speed and precision of the procedure. The Dra was in another occurrence and even so when she finished she came to help me in the middle of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida sexta-feira de emergência pelo Dr. Felipe, tenho pavor de dentista rs, ele conseguiu me passar muita tranquilidade, foras as dicas, cheguei com muita dor, e no dia seguinte com os os medicamentos receitados já estava sem dor!! Excelente atendimento, com muita ética e clareza, sem contar o ambiente super limpo e muito aconchegante!!!
I was seen on an emergency Friday by Dr. Felipe, I'm terrified of the dentist lol, he managed to give me a lot of tranquility, apart from the tips, I arrived in a lot of pain, and the next day with the prescribed medicines I was pain free!! Excellent service, with a lot of ethics and clarity, not to mention the super clean and very cozy environment!!!

Precisei retirar um siso, que havia quebrado e foi tudo muito bem, da avaliação, limpeza e extração. Foi agendado de acordo com minha disponibilidade e o pagamento tb. A recuperação foi ótima! Não senti dor em nenhum momento. Não é preciso sofrer no dentista. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não posso avaliar o atendimento odontológico porque não cheguei a ser atendida, mas gostaria de manifestar o meu descontentamento e alertar a quem consulta por plano odontológico. Encontrei o consultório na rede credenciada do meu plano, liguei para confirmar se o consultório aceitava e disseram que sim. No dia da consulta liguei para confirmar o atendimento e novamente perguntei sobre o plano e confirmaram que aceitavam. Paguei caro num uber pra chegar a tempo. Quando cheguei, falei que tinha uma consulta pelo plano Medservice e fiquei aguardando por uma hora e meia. Depois desse tempo todo de espera e de ter falado sobre o meu plano 3x, me disseram que não aceitavam e que tinham confundido com outro. Uma grande perda de tempo e de dinheiro que poderia ter sido evitada se tivessem me passado a informação correta desde o inicio.
Funcionários foram educados, mas não entendo qual o motivo da desinformação e por terem me deixado esperando tanto tempo até tentarem passar o plano. Assim como os profissionais tem horário, os pacientes também têm. Me esforcei tanto pra chegar na hora e ainda passei por isso. Triste demais!
Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the dental care because I was not attended to, but I would like to express my displeasure and warn anyone who consults with a dental plan. I found the office on my plan's accredited network, called to confirm if the office accepted and they said yes. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm the service and again asked about the plan and they confirmed that they accepted. I paid a lot for an uber to get there on time. When I arrived, I said I had an appointment for the Medservice plan and I waited for an hour and a half. After all that time of waiting and having talked about my plan 3x, they told me that they didn't accept it and that they had confused it with another one. A huge waste of time and money that could have been avoided if I had been given the correct information from the start.
Staff were polite, but I don't understand the reason for the misinformation and why they kept me waiting so long before they tried to pass the plan. Just as professionals have a schedule, patients do too. I worked so hard to be on time and I still got through it. Too sad!
