I bought a sofa and I highly recommend the store! Beautiful, comfortable and great quality sofa. They delivered in São Paulo and arrived well before the deadline, despite being in another state. Management team was excellent in assisting me during all stages of the purchase.

Procurava um sofá-cama com uma certa urgência pois recebería convidados hoje na minha casa em Itaipava e esse já era uma asunto pendente por muito tempo. Muitos critérios: quería algo diferente no design, que fosse de boa qualidade, com bom custo-benefício e que não fosse nem curto nem estreito pois minha cunhada tem 180cm e meu irmão 195cm de altura. E precisava disso relativamente rápido (aceitaría o que tivesse na pronta-entrega). Ah! E quería um sofá-cama que quando aberto a cama tivesse a mesma altura de camas normais, coisa que só tinha visto fora do país.
Rodei várias lojas na cidade e nada me agradava, os sofás-cama todos iguais! Já no meu caminho de casa resolví parar nessa loja, com aquele medo de que "tudo em Itaipava é mais caro que em outros lugares". Entrei na loja, fui muito bem atendido pela Cecilia e pela Liliana que me mostraram seus sofás!! DIFERENTES! Tudo que eu quería, sofás diferentes, com outra pegada, com outras soluções! Fiquei realmente encantado pelos produtos, bem construidos, boa estrutura, espuma de ótima qualidade... e tinha meu sofá em estoque na loja da Fábrica em Caxias!
Para fazer a estória curta, comprei o sofá-cama na quinta-feira 06.11.19 e ainda pedí tratamento impermeabilizante no sofá! Me prometeram entrega para quinta-feira 14.11.19 véspera de feriado Nacional! Eu topei a aposta mas já estava preparado com o Plano B.
Resultado: as fotos falam por sí só assim espero! Mas ainda assim escrevo: Chegou às 14hs do dia 14.11.19 e a equipe de entrega foi ótima, rápida, limpa e eficiente, em 15 minutos o sofá estava montado!

I was looking for a sofa bed with some urgency because I would receive guests today at my house in Itaipava and this was already a pending subject for a long time. Many criteria: I wanted something different in design that was of good quality, cost-effective and neither short nor narrow because my sister-in-law is 180cm and my brother 195cm tall. And it needed it relatively quickly (it would accept whatever it had on the spot). Ah! And I wanted a sofa bed that when opened the bed was the same height as normal beds, something I had only seen outside the country.
I ran several stores in the city and nothing pleased me, the sofa beds all the same! Already on my way home I decided to stop at this store, with that fear that "everything in Itaipava is more expensive than elsewhere". I entered the store, was very well attended by Cecilia and Liliana who showed me their sofas !! MANY DIFFERENT! Everything I wanted, different sofas, with another footprint, with other solutions! I was really enchanted by the products, well built, good structure, great quality foam ... and had my sofa in stock at the Factory Store in Caxias!
To make the short story, I bought the sofa bed on Thursday 06.11.19 and even requested waterproofing treatment on the couch! I was promised delivery for Thursday 14.11.19 National Holiday Eve! I busted but was already prepared with Plan B.
Result: the photos speak for themselves just so I hope! But I still write: It arrived at 2 pm on 14.11.19 and the delivery team was great, fast, clean and efficient, in 15 minutes the couch was set up!
