★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui 3x. Atendimento rápido . O preço é muito bom, porém se precisar enviar por whatsapp, eles cobram uma taxa de "acesso à internet" para acessar a conta deles, não a minha, e imprimir. Achei meio surreal mas paguei porque precisava do arquivo. Recomendo levar duas pen drives por via das dúvidas (a minha deu problema e por isso precisei enviar).
Recomendo o local, de toda forma.
I've already been 3x. Fast service. The price is very good, but if you need to send via whatsapp, they charge an "internet access" fee to access their account, not mine, and print. I found it a bit surreal but I paid because I needed the file. I recommend taking two pen drives just in case (mine was a problem and so I had to send it).
I recommend the place, anyway.

The impression is good, but don't go if you're in a hurry as the service is slow because it's disorganized, in addition to being expensive. I recommend looking elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosa. Atendimento nota 10. Sempre faço minhas xerox lá. Envio pelo ZAP, explico o que quero e quando chego já tá pronto, ordenado e grampeado. Não é a mais barata de todas, mas cobra um precinho justo por bom atendimento e serviço de qualidade. Super recomendo.
Wonderful. Service grade 10. I always do my xerox there. I send it through ZAP, I explain what I want and when I arrive it's ready, sorted and stapled. It's not the cheapest of all, but it charges a fair price for good service and quality service. I highly recommend it.

Além do preço, que está acima do que normalmente vejo em lugares que fazem xerox.
Saí de lá insatisfeita, pois perdi dinheiro e fiquei sem um documento que preste...
Estou desacreditada na incapacidade da cidadã em assumir o erro e atender direito ao cliente. Se depender da minha vontade, não volto mais.
Horrible experience. The attendant got what I ordered wrong and wanted me to pay more so that a mistake that was hers and not mine could be corrected. I asked for a print of how the file was and she printed it differently.
In addition to the price, which is above what I usually see in places that do xerox.
I left there dissatisfied, because I lost money and was left without a good document...
I am discredited in the citizen's inability to accept the mistake and serve the customer properly. If it's up to me, I won't be coming back.
