A lot of delay in service and pediatrician still freaks out in the office because you complain about the delay in service. Keeping a baby waiting for 2 to 3 hours is absurd.

Terrible attendance. People work with people and treat them worse than dogs. They made a mistake in my return and canceled the right to present it to the doctor saying that it was overdue. The consultation was private. Honestly bad bad bad

Quero voltar ao medico que me acompanhou um tempo, mas o problema continua, isto ha 5 anos.
Ja liguei hoje 5 vezes e ninguem atende.
Bad service always, the phone doesn't answer to make an appointment, that's why I changed the doctor.
I want to go back to the doctor who accompanied me for a while, but the problem remains, this for 5 years.
I've called today 5 times and no one answers.

â â â â â Ruim. Atendimento confuso, muita demora, atendente grosseira. Pegam documentos, nĂŁo lançam no sistema por ordem de chegada, passam outras pessoas na frente e acham ruim se questionar. Sistema fora do ar foi a desculpa, mas sempre me deixam esperando por mais de uma hora mesmo com o sistema no ar.
Bad. Confused service, long delay, rude attendant. They take documents, they don't enter the system in order of arrival, they pass other people in front and they think it's bad to question themselves. System down was the excuse, but they always keep me waiting for more than an hour even with the system on.

Terrible reception, unprepared, they don't treat the customer well, huge waiting time. Then they don't confirm the appointment and you can't talk on the phone, they answer, ask for a minute and don't answer you again. Professionals are good.

The first time I went to the clinic I had to wait for 2 hours for my appointment. I'll be back at the clinic today and it might be the last time I show up there, let's see if this happens again.
