Atendentes ignorantes, não me deixaram acompanhar a revelação das fotos, tive que falar 3 vezes que algumas fotos deveriam ter borda pois eram quadradas, fora o preço abusivo. Se eu pudesse tirar estrelas, eu tirava.
 WORST service I've ever experienced in my life, I've been better treated by a street sweeper. Ignorant attendants, they did not let me follow the development of the photos, I had to say 3 times that some photos should have borders because they were square, apart from the abusive price. If I could take stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estabelecimento com boa estrutura de equipamentos e bom antendimento. Ha tb a opcao de compra de artigos como porta-retratos e afins. O espaço parece otimizado para comportar todos esses itens e um grande staff, podendo tumultuar um pouco em horário de pico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Pedi para preparar a impressão para não cortar a imagem e não fizeram direito. Ainda por cima dobraram a foto para caber na moldura. Pra piorar pedi um porta retrato com vidro transparente e me venderam um troço de vidro granulado, mesmo depois de perguntar se era transparente mesmo. Um lixo de loja. Me senti desrespeitado. Nenhum profissionalismo e respeito com o cliente. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Too bad. I asked to prepare the print not to cut the image and did not do it right. They even folded the photo to fit the frame. To make matters worse, I ordered a picture frame with transparent glass and sold me a piece of granulated glass, even after asking if it was even transparent. A store junk. I felt disrespected. No professionalism and respect with the client. Would not recommend to anyone.
