Não consigo obter informações sobre o meu produto. A encomenda saiu de SÃO PAULO/SP com destino a TERESINA/Pi no dia 04/05/2021, desde então a informação não atualiza.
Tentei várias vezes entrar em contato com a central de atendimento e sempre informa que meus dados não foram localizados. E no telefone da agência a atendente disse que não poderia fazer nada e mandou eu abrir uma reclamação no site.
Eu tento realizar a reclamação e pede código do registro. Que código é este que o sistema não explica?
Estou indignado com esta FALTA DE RESPEITO e EMPATIA e a DESUMANIDADE com o cliente. ATENDENTES DESPREPARADOS que fazem um péssimo atendimento e com tons de DEBOCHE e IRONIA. O que eles estão fazendo nos postos de atendimento se não sabem (OU NÃO QUEREM) realizar nenhum procedimento? Qualquer assunto eles mandam ligar para central, que não nos atende.
É REVOLTANTE PRECISARMOS DE UM SERVIÇO E SER MAL ATENDIDO E SER TRATADO COM DESCASO.

I cannot get information about my product. The order left SÃO PAULO / SP bound for TERESINA / Pi on 05/04/2021, since then the information has not been updated.
I tried several times to contact the call center and always informs me that my data was not found. And on the agency's phone, the attendant said she couldn't do anything and told me to open a complaint on the website.
I try to make the complaint and ask for the registration code. What code is this that the system does not explain?
I am indignant at this LACK OF RESPECT and EMPATHY and the INHUMANITY with the client. UNPREPARED ATTENDANTS who make a terrible service and with tones of DEBOCHE and IRONIA. What are they doing at the service stations if they do not know (OR DON'T WANT) to perform any procedure? Any matter they send a call to the central, which does not answer us.
IT IS REVOLTING WE WILL NEED A SERVICE AND BE EVILLY SERVED AND BE TREATED WITH LACK.
