★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, me falaram uma data pra enviar o exame pro meu medico, não mandaram , não avisaram o atraso da entrega, pra poder remarcar uma outra consulta, preciso fazer uma cirurgia no maxilar e eles fazem isso!

O que deveria melhorar no atendimento era organizar o atendimento por ordem de chegada e não por os exames serem diferentes dos demais, foi o que deixou a minha insatisfação no estabelecimento. Passamos mais de uma hora para sermos atendidos e outros clientes não passaram nem dez minutos aguardando. O exame do meu acompanhante durou dois minutos. Sugiro rever este critério.
Tirando essa ressalva foi bom.
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly attendants and welcoming space. It has a great location and easy access by customers. What should improve the service was to organize the service on a first-come, first-served basis and not because the exams are different from the others, that's what left my dissatisfaction at the establishment. We spent over an hour to be served and other customers did not even wait ten minutes. My companion's exam lasted two minutes. I suggest reviewing this criterion.
Apart from that, it was good.

The company offers an appointment service, but in practice you are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Misleading, disrespectful and carries many inconveniences. If they can't provide the service, better not offer it.
