★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei e estive lá hj pra enviar um sedex, primeira e última vez, comprei a cx pra enviar os produtos, por ter um certo peso, pedi gentilmente a atendente, q poer gentileza, passase mais fita, essa não gostou e disse q eu teria q trazer de casa, respondi q eu estava pagando pelo serviço e o correio tem a obrigação de enviar o pacote corretamente de modo q nao houvesse danos e prejuízo, e ela preocupada em me responder ainda disse q eu só pago o frete!?? pode isso? Um abuso! E detalhe! Sou frequentadora assidua do correio, a agência da av. Puglise e a agência da rua Bahia em Vicente de Carvalho, estão de parabéns, atendentes prestativos, solicítos e muito educados, agora essa moça q me atendeu é sem noção, não sabe lidar com o público, horrível seu atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local com atendimento bom, não tinha mta fila, atendimento com senha. A atendente foi super atenciosa, apesar de ter apenas 1 pessoa atendendo e 1 na porta para controle de entrada. Prefiro ir até está unidade do que ir na unidade do centro que sempre está mais cheia.
Location with good service, no queue, password service. The attendant was super attentive, despite having only 1 person answering and 1 at the door for entry control. I prefer to go to this unit than to go to the center unit, which is always more crowded.

Depois de constar 2 tentativas de entrega de encomenda não atendidas aos quais passei o dia todo no portão esperando fui na agência buscar minha encomenda e o funcionário confirmou que entregadores saem sobrecarregados, não conseguem entregar e marcam como não atendidas. Mesmo assim ele não quis entregar pessoalmente minha encomenda que estava no mesmo prédio e me garantiu que seria entregue no domingo. Spoiler Alert: NÃO FOI ENTREGUE NO DOMINGO!
Não me resta o que fazer.
Incompetent company.
