★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontualidade excelente, não teve atraso. Profissional acabou com o meu cabelo ficou horrível, foi a profissional Vitória, eu vi que tinha outros 2 profissionais top que fazem bem.
Meu cabelo ficou cinza horrível, estourou os fios, estou fazendo tratamento em outro salão, nada a ver. Ah, paguei 50 reais para tirar as pontas do cabelo, cortou errado um lado ficou maior que o outro.
Gostaria de receber meu dinheiro de volta para continuar fazendo o meu tratamento nos meus fios de cabelo, sei que não vou conseguir. Mas é melhor colocar outra profissional qualificada, experiente que entenda de cor de cabelo no lugar desta cabeleireira que fez o meu cabelo, não é legal ficar destruindo o cabelo das pessoas.
Quero agradecer a melhor manicure que é excelente profissional, faz super bem o nome dela é Ligia. Obrigada

My hair turned horrible gray, the strands burst, I am undergoing treatment in another salon, nothing to do. Ah, I paid 50 reais to remove the ends of the hair, cut wrong one side was bigger than the other.
I would like to receive my money back to continue doing my treatment on my hair, I know I will not be able to. But it is better to put another qualified, experienced professional who understands hair color in the place of this hairdresser who made my hair, it is not cool to be destroying people's hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Atendimento de péssima qualidade. Fui para fazer morena iluminada, a profissional Vitória não fez o que eu pedi, fez somente um "brilho", conforme ela disse... Não teve a manicure conforme estava na promoção... Voltei para reclamar do serviço, pedindo meu direito, até polícia chamaram. Péssimo! Perdi meu dinheiro! Não desejo isso a ninguém! O dono do estabelecimento, nenhum profissionalismo, não ouviu meu lado enquanto consumidor. Péssimo!
MINHA CONTRA-RESPOSTA AO COMENTÁRIO ABAIXO:
Primeiramente, não tenho conversa em Whatsapp com o salão, nós nos comunicamos pelos Instagram. SEm segundo lugar, em nenhum momento escrevi que queria corrigir a cor do meu cabelo, e sim, que gostaria de conversar com a profissional que fez o procedimento. Quem iria ter a confiança de refazer o cabelo, quando a profissional não teve a habilidade de acertar na primeira vez?
Depois, fui atendida em horário depois do combinado. O dono quis me mandar embora se eu estivesse com pressa... senão, que esperasse...
Desde que falei com sua profissional, ela gritou comigo o tempo todo. Questionei que não se via o que ela tinha feito no meu cabelo (eu fui para fazer morena iluminada e saí do salão apenas com "um brilho" apenas) e comentei que minha mãe tinha percebido nenhuma diferença. A sua funcionária me disse: "se sua mãe sabe mais que eu, manda ela fazer então". Isso também está tudo gravado.
O dono do estabelecimento não olhou em nenhum momento nos meus olhos, ignorando minha presença, me humilhando publicamente, e sua profissional denegriu minha imagem enquanto consumidor procurando seus direitos.
Meu marido teve que intervir pois ele disse que não podia aguentar mais a profissional gritando comigo, me desprezando e citando o nome da minha mãe. BAIXARIA!
Então, deixo sim minha resposta aqui para que NINGUÉM PASSE PELO QUE EU PASSEI. O salão tem tanta avaliação ruim no seu currículo que o cliente é obrigado a assinar o papel antes de fazer o procedimento. Ou seja, se der errado, se vira, busque seus direitos... PIOR SALÃO DO TATUAPÉ! NÃO CAIAM EM PROMOÇÃO! Eles atendem muito bem quando você vai comprar o serviço, se der algo errado, eles somente dizem: busque seus direitos.... PIOR SALÃO DO TATUAPÉ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entendo a importância de chegar no lugar onde se tem horário marcado, principalmente num salão de beleza onde os profissionais e clientes devem estar igualmente comprometidos no cumprimento das obrigações.
Há alguns dias, vi uma propaganda numa rede social do salão Corte e Stilo Tatuapé. Marquei hora, e cheguei precisamente no horário combinado. Assim que entrei, o recepcionista informou a um dos cabeleireiros que iria me atender que eu havia chegado, mas o cabeleireiro em questão estava atendendo outra cliente, praticamente no meio do processo.
Ou seja, seria impossível que fosse atendida no horário. Decidi ir embora.
Esse estabelecimento não respeita a própria agenda e consequentemente o cliente. Não recomendo! Não vá a esse lugar!!
Não merecem 3.8 de estrelas e sim 1, pelo boa tarde seco que deram quando cheguei.

Fui atendida com 47 minutos de atraso, depois fiz um elogio ao cabeleireiro Igor, pelo trabalho dele, mas informei que eles deveriam melhorar o horário de atendimento, pois eles não cumprem com horário. Em seguida um cara que se diz proprietário veio me intimidar perguntando repetidamente se eu estava afim de esperar pra ser atendida ou não?? Sendo que eu já havia assinado um termo de responsabilidade do meu cabelo. Bom, já começamos por aí né, se o salão é bom, será que precisa de termo (vamos repensar). Mesmo depois de ter assinado e esperado 3:30h para fazer meu cabelo (esse foi o horário que se passou a partir da hora que cheguei), será mesmo que eu não estava disposta a fazer o meu cabelo??? E o senhor proprietário continuou com a pergunta: "A senhora está disposta mesmo a fazer o seu cabelo??" ( Repetiu essa pergunta umas 7 vezes).
A vcs que estão lendo esses comentários é bom pensar bem antes!!! Péssimo atendimento e o senhor proprietário me constrangeu na frente de todos que estavam no salão, somente pq eu fiz uma crítica construtiva referente ao horário, pois todas as meninas que estavam lá comentaram a mesma coisa! E no fim das contas, depois de tanto constrangimento e medo de sair de lá careca, pela intimidação do proprietário, não fiz meu cabelo! Completa perda de tempo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo fui no salão para fazer pacote de mechas publicado no insta, ambos os cabelereiros destroem os clientes falando mal do cabelo de todas, meu cabelo não passou no teste de mecha ele me dispensou com o produto descolorante no cabelo, nem se deu o trabalho de lavar. Ofereceu um pacote de reconstrução abusivo. Estou agora em outro salão aqui no Tatuapé maravilhoso e atendimento excepcional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixaram o produto tempo demais no meu cabelo a mecha estragou, fizeram teste na parte da frente também. Sendo que não tinha necessidade, fizeram um bolo no meio deixando todo embaraçado não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no salão com a ideia de fazer morena iluminada, não passou no teste, então optei por fazer coloração pra cobrir as mechas loiras que ficou do teste e não cobriu as mechas a coloração e minha testa e nuca estava toda manchada. Os funcionários são ótimos mas não gostei do resultado da coloração.
