 We came to Costa do Sauípe Resorts - Ala Terra and we exceeded our expectations! An excellent place, with all the care regarding the Pandemic. A special thanks to Antônio Carlos, with his wonderful drinks. And to the entertainment team who made the days even more joyful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no check-in foi muito bom, principalmente do concierge Genesio (5 ★) que se prontificou e solucionou algumas demandas quando chegamos. Ele foi muito proativo, atencioso e comprometido. Ademais, os colaboradores do complexo são bastante atenciosos e se esforçam para que a estadia seja boa, no entanto, a estrutura física, apesar de atender as necessidades básicas de hospedagem, necessita de atenção e melhorias.
The service at check-in was very good, especially from the Genesio concierge (5 ★) who was ready and resolved some demands when we arrived. He was very proactive, considerate and committed. Furthermore, the employees of the complex are very attentive and strive to make the stay a good one, however, the physical structure, despite meeting the basic needs of accommodation, needs attention and improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos quase duas horas aguardando para sermos direcionados para a Ala correta ( estava nervosíssima ), quando chegamos na ala Mar, fomos recepcionados por um funcionário muito atencioso ( Jenesio ). O quarto tem cheiro de mofo. E a comida deixa a desejar....o serviço de praia em vários momentos faltou petiscos. Mas, de modo geral ótima estrutura, praia limpa e funcionários atenciosos.
We spent almost two hours waiting to be directed to the correct wing (I was very nervous), when we arrived at the Sea wing, we were greeted by a very attentive employee (Jenesio). The room has a musty smell. And the food leaves something to be desired...the beach service at various times lacked snacks. But, in general, great structure, clean beach and attentive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha mulher tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no resort, o pessoal da recepção muito atencioso e gentil, as meninas da cozinha são maravilhosas!!! Mas o destaque mesmo vai para o Reginaldo (barman do lobby) gentil, educado, bem humorado, faz drinks espetaculares e o q mais impressiona é o orgulho que ele tem em trabalhar no resort!!! Parabéns Reginaldo.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the resort, the reception staff very attentive and kind, the kitchen girls are wonderful!!! But the highlight goes to Reginaldo (lobby bartender), kind, polite, good-humored, makes spectacular drinks and what is most impressive is the pride he has in working at the resort!!! Congratulations Reginaldo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local onde está o resort é maravilhoso. Muito Sol, a praia muito limpa. Os quartos são bons e limpos todos os dias.
A equipe de restaurante e bares que nos atendeu foram muito atenciosos e educados. Quero deixar aqui menção especial ao pessoal da recepção Edeilton e Diná, que foram muito atenciosos conosco, ao Antonio Carlos Barman que nos atendeu e faz um Cozumel de Cerveja maravilhoso. A equipe de recreadores muito top Boto (Cris, Salsicha, Feijão, Talisca, Merida e Jacaré).
Mas... quero deixar registrado também que existe muito espaço para melhora. O forno de pizza ficou quebrado durante os 10 dias que estive hospedado. Haviam poucas opções, não houve por exemplo uma mesa com queijos. Camarão frito somente uma vez na semana... Muito pouco para a valor que se paga... Estive em 2012, e esperava a mesma ou melhor experiência... Por isso a nota 2... Dificilmente voltaria...
Se vc procura algo melhor, uma experiencia completa... fique no Brisa ou no Sol... talvez tenha o que espera...
The location of the resort is wonderful. Very sunny, very clean beach. Rooms are nice and cleaned every day.
The restaurant and bar staff that served us were very attentive and polite. I want to make a special mention here to the reception staff Edeilton and Diná, who were very attentive to us, to Antonio Carlos Barman who attended us and makes a wonderful Cozumel de Beer. The team of very top Boto entertainers (Cris, Sausage, Feijão, Talisca, Merida and Jacaré).
But... I also want to note that there is a lot of room for improvement. The pizza oven was broken during the 10 days I was staying. There were few options, there wasn't for example a table with cheeses. Fried shrimp only once a week... Very little for the amount you pay... I was in 2012, and expected the same or better experience... That's why the grade 2... I would hardly go back...
If you are looking for something better, a complete experience... stay at Brisa or in Sol... maybe you have what you are waiting for...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei os primeiros dias no Ala Terra, e o quarto deixou muito a desejar. Mas a equipe do hotel, providenciou a troca para o Ala Mar e fiquei bem satisfeito. O ponto forte do Hotel, é o atendimento dos funcionários. São educados, pró ativos e sempre disponíveis! Destaco o funcionário Jesus, que foi extremamente atencioso.
I stayed the first few days at Ala Terra, and the room left a lot to be desired. But the hotel staff arranged the exchange for Ala Mar and I was very satisfied. The hotel's strong point is the service of the staff. They are polite, proactive and always available! I highlight the employee Jesus, who was extremely attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A região da costa do sauipe é linda. O complexo é relativamente organizado, quartos limpos, os colaboradores são bem solicitos e gentis. Porém a qualidade da comida deixa muito a desejar. Um final de semana não sai por menos de 6 mil reais, e a comida não é boa(falta variedade,falta tempero,falta sabor, a pizza não tava funcionando,so teve camarão um dia) para um grande complexo que vende uma qualidade 5 estrelas… passou longe. Sinceramente,como boa baiana recomendo pegarem uma pousada 3 estrelas em praia do forte mesmo que seja meia pensão e almoçar na vila( vai comer melhor,se divertir mais e pagar o mesmo preço).
Do jeito que está não voltaria, espero que melhore o serviço de comida e bebida pois nao vale o preço que se paga.
The region of the coast of Sauipe is beautiful. The complex is relatively organized, rooms are clean, the employees are very solicitous and kind. But the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. A weekend does not cost less than 6 thousand reais, and the food is not good (lack of variety, lack of seasoning, lack of flavor, the pizza was not working, there was only shrimp one day) for a large complex that sells quality 5 stars… passed away. Honestly, as a good Bahian I recommend taking a 3-star inn in Praia do Forte, even if it's half board, and have lunch in the village (you'll eat better, have more fun and pay the same price).
As it is, I wouldn't return, I hope the food and drink service will improve as it's not worth the price you pay.
