★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience to do not miss... people are so nice and friendly. Good and safe equipment ... but I never done it before .. so they should have explained to use the remos only on the surface of water... otherwise the make loose all the time balance ... and you and up in water 3.. anyway there is always someone following you to help... Fantastic swimmer James very helpful and patient ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bahia e Brasa Brazilian steakhouse had great food, a wide selection of freshly cut meats right at your table and a good buffet with salads and cheeses. The decor is modern and accomodating and the staff were very welcoming and helpful during the dining experience. Just a note: the resort app says formal attire, but there was no air conditioning, maybe due to COVID restrictions, so feel free to dress a little more comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Grand Palladium Imbassai hotel enchanted me from the first contact. I am grateful to everyone: To the employee who received me and helped with my bags, check in, breakfast and bar staff, in short, I was very well picked up and treated well! The breakfast is super varied, it has tapioca and omelet made to order with the ingredients we choose, sparkling wine, pancakes, fruits, cold cuts, breads, cakes etc. The facilities are large and pleasant, I felt very happy while I was staying there, I would go back as often as possible, and I highly recommend it!

Lucivânia and Timóteo at the Sumptuori Japanese Restaurant made our night! Very attentive to details. Our choices were delicious and goodlooking. Must try!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a facilities and staff. A great place to stay with you are going with your partner or your family with kids. The entertainment team takes care of your kids (Leize, Bolinha, Estrela, Risadinha and Pimenta).
They have a great selection of liquors and a couple of restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our trip here was amazing! Rafael at Portafino Mediterranean restaurant runs a great establishment. Food tastes incredible and has great presentation. We will be coming back to this restaurant again during our week here at the resort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has great facilities and the room has a great space. The bathroom is large and the balcony had a great view. Some points could be improved for a 5 star hotel as the room cleaning. I would also consider decreasing the food options to improve the quality (mainly in the a thematic restaurants). Regarding the beach bar, it should open earlier and have more staff to avoid the huge lines.
Overall, very good experience.
