★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em outros momentos era muito organizado, mas infelizmente na pandemia está muito bagunçado. Colocaram uma tenda na frente, mas não organizam a senha nem a entrega de senhas. Assim, fica todo mundo sem distanciamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local parece estar operacional no local a pouco tempo. Estrutura boa, porém poucos atendentes e tempo de espera elevado. Para um cartório que é uma concessão pública que dá grande retorno ao proprietário, o atendimento célere e de qualidade deveria ser a regra.
Site appears to be operational at the site for a short time. Good structure, but few attendants and long waiting time. For a registry office that is a public concession that gives great returns to the owner, speedy and quality service should be the rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Péssimo serviço. Precisei de um documento para utilizar no exterior, ou seja, tinha data e no entanto não cumpriram com o prazo de entrega, sair prejudicado e mesmo assim pouco se importaram. NÃO RECOMENDO.

Voltei a dar outro voto de confiança e realizei um novo serviço e pra que?.. para o documento chegar aqui a 9 mil km de distância errado. Tentei entrar em contato como podem comprovar na foto anexa e foi IMPOSSÍVEL. Incrível o serviço de péssima qualidade que oferecem. Deixo aquí minhas 2 experiências para que futuros clientes possam tomar sua decisão e pensar 2 vezes antes de contratar algúm serviço.
Terrible attendance. Terrible service. I needed a document to use abroad, that is, it had a date and yet they didn't meet the delivery deadline, left harmed and even so they didn't care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I gave another vote of confidence again and performed a new service and for what purpose?... for the document to arrive here at a wrong distance of 9,000 km. I tried to get in touch as you can see in the attached photo and it was IMPOSSIBLE. The terrible service they offer is amazing. Here I leave my 2 experiences so that future clients can make their decision and think twice before hiring any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, eles nao fazem fotocopia do documento para autenticação alegando que o serviço foi cancelado por conta de uma denúncia. Daí a pessoa que vai no horário contato do almoço tem que advinhar que precisa levar a cópia. Absurdo!
Very bad service, they do not photocopy the document for authentication alleging that the service was canceled due to a complaint. Then the person who goes at lunchtime has to guess that he needs to take the copy. Absurd!
