★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizado. Funcionados mal educados e ignorantes. Não atendem o dia todo. Liberam só 30 senhas pra atendimento e mesmo que chegar cedo não garantia de consrguir. Pois uns entram na frente dos outros.
Unorganized. Poorly educated and ignorant employees. They don't work all day. They only release 30 passwords for service and even if you arrive early, there is no guarantee of building. Because some get ahead of others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, os profissionais péssimos, sem educação, o rapaz da portaria então além de mal educado , não exerce sua função e ainda é abusado mandando filmar e mandar pra ouvidoria . Achei horrível, MT desorganizado, deixa as pessoas entrar em vez de ficar no portão, dps de quase 5 horas na fila dizer que só dá 30 números, pra que se funciona de 8 as 16hrs ? Pra ficar atoa dps do almoço , se não quer trabalhar da a vaga para outro.
Terrible service, terrible professionals, uneducated, the guy at the concierge, then, in addition to being rude, doesn't perform his function and is still abused, having it filmed and sent to the ombudsman. I thought it was horrible, MT disorganized, let people in instead of staying at the gate, after almost 5 hours in line to say that it only gives 30 numbers, why do you work from 8 to 16 pm? To be idle after lunch, if you don't want to work, give the vacancy to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima.. dão 30 números.. e não funciona até às 16hrs.. tinha gente que dormiu na fila e não conseguiu fazer o cadastro único... 9hrs da manhã ninguém entrava mais ...pq tinha acabado os 30 números... Ai não consegui atendimento... Pq abre 8hrs e fecha antes do meio dia...então se forem tentar cdu vão as 22 da noite , pra no outro dia talvez ser atendido....
Terrible.. they give 30 numbers.. and it doesn't work until 16:00.. there were people who slept in line and couldn't make the single registration... 9:00 in the morning, no one came in anymore... because they had run out of 30 numbers... Then I couldn't get an appointment... because it opens at 8 am and closes before noon... so if you try to cdu, go at 10 pm, so the next day you might be attended to....

Desrepeito com as pessoas que ficam na fila por horas colocando pessoas conhecidas na frente uma bagunça total. Inclusive muita falta de educação no atendimento ao público.
