★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em todas vezes que visitei a loja. Se precisar de alguma ajuda ou troca o atendimento é ainda pior. Absoluta falta de empatia. E o pior é pensar que quem atende é o dono.
E como pode ser visto no comentário que acabou de fazer na avaliação que fiz e em qualquer outra que não seja positiva, não sabe lidar com criticas e ataca o cliente ao invés de ter empatia tentando entender o que deixou o cliente insatisfeito e tentar melhorar.
Me surpreende muito a loja estar aberta a tanto tempo. Mas não quero o mal de ninguém e espero que a loja fique aberta por mais 38 anos. Mas é sempre bom deixar registrado para os clientes saberem o que vão encontrar.
 Lousy service every time I visited the store. If you need any help or exchange, the service is even worse. Absolute lack of empathy. And the worst thing is to think that the owner is the one who answers.
And as can be seen in the comment you just made in the evaluation I made and in any other that is not positive, you do not know how to deal with criticism and attack the customer instead of empathizing trying to understand what left the customer dissatisfied and trying to improve.
I am very surprised that the store has been open for so long. But I don't want anyone to hurt me and I hope the store will be open for another 38 years. But it is always good to keep it registered for customers to know what they are going to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje para saber se tinha um case para um baixo de 5 cordas; me atendeu uma pessoa chamada João que disse que tinha um case mas que eu deveria levar o baixo na loja. Falei que ia confirmar as medidas e retornaria pois o baixo está na minha casa em SP.
Retornei a ligação confirmando que o baixo poderia caber em um modelo específico, e pedi uma foto do case pelo whatsapp.
Esse João, então, começou a esbravejar que eu estava com má vontade de ir na loja, que não ia trocar se não coubesse, que não ia me mandar foto e sequer me disse o modelo do case.
Além de muito grosseiro, deve estar vendendo muito pois parece mesmo que não tem vontade nenhuma de fazer negócio. Não recomendo a ida à loja, e se for telefonar, espero que esteja de bom humor.
Não esperava um atendimento nível Sam Ash, Guitar Center, ou Rudy's como sempre aconteceu nas várias vezes em que estive nessas lojas - mas isso aqui é muita esculhambação!
I called today to see if I had a case for a 5-string bass guitar; a person called João answered me who said he had a case but that I should take the bass to the store. I said I would confirm the measurements and return because the bass is at my house in SP.
I returned the call confirming that the bass could fit a specific model, and asked for a photo of the case via whatsapp.
This João, then, began to rant that I was unwilling to go to the store, that he wouldn't exchange it if it didn't fit, that he wouldn't send me a photo and didn't even tell me the model of the case.
In addition to being very rude, he must be selling a lot because he really seems to have no desire to do business. I don't recommend going to the store, and if you do call, I hope you're in a good mood.
I didn't expect Sam Ash, Guitar Center, or Rudy's level of service as I always did on the many times I've been to these stores - but this is a lot of scum!
