★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei antecipado e o valor foi debitado 2 vezes. Liguei pedindo estorno, mas demora 17 dias, fora 1 semana que demorou para aparecer no sistema deles. Absurdo, pois o pagamento da conta já cai no dia seguinte!!!!
 I paid in advance and the amount was debited twice. I called asking for a chargeback, but it takes 17 days, out of 1 week it took to show up in their system. Absurd, because the payment of the bill already falls the next day!!!!

Não conseguimos fazer nada, não conseguimos falar com atendente, não conseguimos acessar aplicativo e até PAGAR não conseguimos, me arrependo amargamente por ter feito o cartão dessa empresa, se soubesse que eles era os responsáveis não teria aceitado nunca fazer! Espero que ninguém, ninguém mesmo utilize.
Horrible is still not enough to describe the lack of professionalism and management of the company! We couldn't do anything, we couldn't talk to the attendant, we couldn't access the app and we couldn't even PAY, I bitterly regret having made this company's card, if I knew they were responsible I would never have accepted to do it! Paciência zero pra safadeza. Paguei agora e abril e apareceu outra empresa com a mesma dívida, agora eu que vou processar e pedir danos morais. ???? A ativos é a mesma coisa, vai ir junto tbm. LIXOS de empresa!
