★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente o atendimento foi bom, porém os problemas começam qdo você fiscaliza as instalações e percebe que os montadores não seguem desenhos cortando peças que não deveriam e deixando sem acabamento as partes escondidas, sem contar na qualidade dos puxadores , tivemos que aguardara mais de um mês para a troca ser realizada pois quase todos foram instalados com defeito e mais 3 vistas pós instalação para corrigir os problemas que nunca deveriam ter ocorrido na instalação inicial.
Minha nota é 2 por que antes de pagar é tudo mil maravilhas depois aparecem até com trilhos das gavetas diferentes do que foi fechado (FECHEI BLUN E OPENFIELD E APARECEU FGV) tipo não importa se é melhor ou pior siga o que está em contrato.
Tive outros pontos negativos, não irei mencionar para não prolongar essa avaliação.
Initially, the service was good, but the problems start when you inspect the installations and realize that assemblers do not follow drawings, cutting parts they shouldn't and leaving hidden parts unfinished, not to mention the quality of the handles, we had to wait more than a month for the exchange to be carried out as almost all were installed defective and 3 more views after installation to correct the problems that should never have occurred in the initial installation.
My score is 2 because before paying it's all a thousand wonders after they even appear with different drawer rails than what was closed (I CLOSED BLUN AND OPENFIELD AND APPEARED FGV) like it doesn't matter if it's better or worse follow what is in the contract.
I had other negative points, I won't mention them so as not to prolong this review.
