A instalação dos móveis iniciou no início de fev/22 e após 30 dias os montadores abandonaram a obra pois não havia material para conclusão dos serviços. Nenhum cômodo foi finalizado. Todos com pendências de peças. A sala com parede de boiserie está lamentável. Molduras tortas e paredes danificadas e manchadas. Até o momento a loja não retornou com resolução dessa questão e ainda tenho que esperar as peças dos demais cômodos que estão em fabricação. Estamos em abr/22 e até agora nada!!! Descaso total com o cliente!!! Inaceitável essa situação. Já estamos morando na casa e a montagem não foi concluída. Não recomendo!!!!!
I bought the custom furniture for my house at the Campinas store in Aug/21. The furniture installation started at the beginning of Feb/22 and after 30 days the assemblers abandoned the work because there was no material to complete the services. No rooms have been completed. All with pending parts. The room with the boiserie wall is pitiful. Crooked moldings and damaged and stained walls. So far the store has not returned with a resolution to this issue and I still have to wait for the pieces from the other rooms that are being manufactured. We are in Apr/22 and so far nothing!!! Total disregard for the customer!!! This situation is unacceptable. We are already living in the house and the assembly has not been completed. I do not recommend!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma armário de cozinha e um gabinete para o banheiro. Algo para kitnet, seria para ser simples, mas superou as expectativas!! Muito bem feito e de qualidade. Só tive um problema com a instalação do led na cozinha, achei que o serviço tinha ficado muito comum, comparado ao trabalho do armário. E comentei com a Phablo, o arquiteto que tinha me atendido, e ele foi perfeito!! Pediu para arrumarem a instalação e agora nada a reclamar! Recomendo
I made a kitchen cabinet and a bathroom cabinet. Something for a kitnet, it was supposed to be simple, but it exceeded expectations!! Very well made and of good quality. I only had one problem with the installation of the led in the kitchen, I thought the service had become very common, compared to the work on the cabinet. Fizeram nosso projeto em apenas 2 dias, e ainda possuíam horarios bem flexíveis para atendimento. Gostamos muito de nosso projeto e ficamos mais uma vez impressionados com o atendimento excepcional realizado pelo Juliano e pela Heloíse. O orçamento também ficou dentro de nossas expectativas e consideramos o preço total final bem justo pela quantidade de móveis orçados e qualidade dos móveis expostos no showroom da loja. A negociação final do orçamento com o Oliveira, gerente da loja, se deu de forma muito cortês e empática, pois levaram em consideração nossas necessidades e expectativas referente ao projeto. Acreditamos ter feito a melhor escolha em fechar o projeto com a Simonetto.
We got in touch with Simonetto Campinas to arrange a quote and right from the start we were impressed with the agility and cordiality of the service. They did our project in just 2 days, and they still had very flexible hours for service. We really liked our project and were once again impressed with the exceptional service provided by Juliano and Heloíse. The budget was also within our expectations and we considered the final total price to be very fair for the amount of furniture budgeted and the quality of the furniture displayed in the store's showroom. The final negotiation of the budget with Oliveira, the store manager, was very courteous and empathetic, as they took into account our needs and expectations regarding the project. We believe we have made the best choice in closing the project with Simonetto.
