A mesma usou apenas água p higienizar as mãos! Perguntei se tinha sabão e ela confirmou q tinha, mas q já tinha limpado! Insisti, e ela se negou... passou álcool, mas ñ lavou c água e SABÃO, mesmo tendo na pia!
Claramente, a funcionária, ñ entendeu a importância da lavagem das mãos, num momento desse, de pandemia!
Sou profissional d saúde, pós graduada e infelizmente, saio triste e preocupada c tal comportamento!
OBS: PAGUEI PELO CREPE, FRANGO COM PALMITO, NÃO CONSUMI, E FUI EMBORA!

I am at this moment, being attended at crispus benfica, 08/12/20 at 17: 50h ... the employee refused to wash her hands with water and SOAP, even though I asked politely!
She used only water to clean her hands! I asked if there was soap and she confirmed she had it, but she had already cleaned it! I insisted, and she refused ... she used alcohol, but she didn't wash it with water and SOAP, even though it was in the sink!
Clearly, the employee, ñ understood the importance of hand washing, at a time like this, of a pandemic!
I am a health professional, post graduated and unfortunately, I leave sad and worried about such behavior!
OBS: I PAID FOR CREPE, CHICKEN WITH PALM, I DID NOT CONSUME IT, AND I WENT AWAY!
