Entrei em contato com a empresa para verificar o tempo de garantia e informações sobre como proceder, a pessoa que me respondeu fez milhares de perguntas referente a instalação e apenas informou que a garantia é de 3 meses. Acho um pouco absurdo um bem durável ter apenas 3 meses de garantia e a empresa não se preocupar com a saúde do seu cliente. Eu tenho uma filha de 6 anos e se fosse ela que estivesse tomando banho na hora que o vidro espatifou? Pois por mais que seja um vidro que se estilhace em tamanhos grandes, há também o pó de vidro que corta e é muito mais difícil de visualizar.
I bought a box with this company 1 year and a half ago, and every week the box door shattered while my husband was taking a shower. I contacted the company to check the warranty time and information on how to proceed, the person who responded asked thousands of questions regarding the installation and only informed that the warranty is 3 months. I think it's a little absurd for a durable good to have only a 3-month warranty and the company doesn't care about the health of its customer. I have a 6 year old daughter and what if she was the one taking a shower when the glass shattered? Because as much as it is a glass that shatters to large sizes, there is also glass dust that cuts and is much more difficult to visualize.
