★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei arrumar meu climatizador da Springer e depois foi o da minha mãe, serviço com garantia,Eles fazem uma limpeza que parece que saiu novo da loja.serviço de profissional eu super indico.
 I had my Springer air conditioner fixed and then it was my mother's, guaranteed service. They do a cleaning that looks like it came out of the store as new. Professional service I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu realmente não gostei ,levei meu forno e o meu purificador p arrumar e então só tive dor de cabeça , fui buscar pq disseram estar pronto , chegando em casa o forno estava do mesmo jeito e o purificador ainda pior do q foi , estava vazando , resumindo tive q ir e voltar 3 vx com os produtos e ainda assim não ficou bom , o forno continua do msm jeito que levei a primeira vez , então eu não indico a ninguém pq o meu prejuízo foi grande o valor cobrado foi perdido p mim . infelizmente os técnicos não tem experiência nenhuma .
I really did not like it , I took my oven and my purifier to clean and then I just had a headache , I went to get it because they said it was ready , when I got home the oven was the same and the purifier was even worse than it was , it was leaking , In short I had to go and return 3 times with the products and it still wasn't good, the oven is still the same way I took it the first time, so I don't recommend it to anyone because my loss was great and the amount charged was lost to me. unfortunately the technicians don't have any experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde setembro de 2021, estamos indo a CRJ ASSISTEC para solucionar o problema de não gelar a água do Purificador Electrolux PE11X e por mais de 15 vezes retornamos com esse aparelho que funcionava perfeitamente, mas após trocas de Peltier por duas vezes, além do Micro, até hoje NÃO GELOU. Salientando que mesmo cientes que o produto não está mais gelando, insistem em não se comprometerem com o mediante problema. Esgotei minha paciência, porque fiz testes em duas residências fora e mesmo assim com fatos e argumentos NÃO DISPONIBILIZAM UM TÉCNICO para ver esse problema num outro local, pois dentro da ASSISTEC alegam que o mesmo gela, mas NÃO tem a ética profissional de solucionar o problema FORA da ASSISTEC. Continuo no aguardo de posição e solução.
Since September 2021, we have been going to CRJ ASSISTEC to solve the problem of not freezing the water of the Electrolux PE11X Purifier and for more than 15 times we returned with this device that worked perfectly, but after changing the Peltier twice, in addition to the Micro, To this day, it has NOT STOPPED. Emphasizing that even though they are aware that the product is no longer freezing, they insist on not committing to the problem. I ran out of patience, because I did tests in two residences outside and even so, with facts and arguments THEY DO NOT MAKE A TECHNICIAN AVAILABLE to see this problem in another place, because within ASSISTEC they claim that it freezes, but they DO NOT have the professional ethics to solve the problem OUTSIDE ASSISTEC. I'm still waiting for a position and solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço e atendimento. Não cumprem com o serviço contratado, que obviamente volta a dar o mesmo problema. Contratamos um reparo no purificador de água, e já é a 3a vez que será necessário reparo pelo mesmo problema. Agora alegam que foi realizado só uma limpeza, no filtro e que sobre isso não tem garantia. Quando levamos o filtro não foi informado que foi feito SOMENTE LIMPEZA! E ainda uma funcionária super mal educada e não conhecedora do assunto/problema liga e age como se estivesse com alguma razão. Péssimo serviço! Não caiam nessa empresa!
Bad service and care. They do not comply with the contracted service, which obviously causes the same problem again. We hired a repair on the water purifier, and this is the 3rd time that repair will be required for the same problem. Now they claim that only one cleaning was performed on the filter and that there is no guarantee on that. When we took the filter we were not informed that it was ONLY CLEANING! And yet a super rude employee and not knowledgeable about the subject/problem calls and acts as if she has a reason. Terrible service! Don't fall for this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha ido em uma outra assistência técnica e constatou que a resistência do meu chuveiro estava queimado e não tinha uma outra no estoque, por este motivo, fui em outra assistência. Na data de hoje 21/01/2022, eu estive na CRJ Assistec devido a garantia da resistência do chuveiro, eu tive a infelicidade de ser mal atendido pela uma senhora. O técnico testou a resistência em uma máquina e constatou que estava funcionando, e o técnico me convidou para mostrar que estava funcionando. Então o técnico pegou um chuveiro que tinha lá igual o meu para testar diretamente no chuveiro, neste momento veio a mesma SENHORA com toda sua arrogância que NÃO iria testar no chuveiro que ela não é obrigada e nem paga para fazer isso. Devido está situação eu pedi um laudo para comprovar que a resistência estava funcionando, a SENHORA negou afirmando novamente que não estava sendo paga para isso. Fui perguntar o nome dela e ela fechou a porta na minha cara. E o outro rapaz que estava atendendo tbm não quis falar o nome dela.
NÃO volto nunca mais neste lugar.... uma falta de respeito com o cliente.
Fica aqui a minha insatisfação.
I had gone to another repair shop and found that my shower heater was burnt and I didn't have another one in stock, for this reason, I went to another repair shop. On today's date 01/21/2022, I was at CRJ Assistec due to the shower resistance guarantee, I had the misfortune of being poorly attended by a lady. The technician tested the resistance on a machine and found that it was working, and the technician invited me to show that it was working. So the technician took a shower that had the same as mine to test directly in the shower, at this moment the same lady came with all her arrogance that she would NOT test in the shower as she is not obligated nor paid to do that. Due to this situation, I asked for a report to prove that the resistance was working, the lady denied it, saying again that she was not being paid for it. I went to ask her name and she slammed the door in my face. And the other guy who was attending didn't want to say her name either.
I will never go back to this place again.... a lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e confiança. Como não sou técnico, precisava consertar minha lava e seca e estava na dúvida de qual peça seria necessária, apesar de eu ter uma noção d conserto. Entrei em contato com eles e expliquei a situação. Comprei uma peça e me informaram que se caso não fosse detectado o problema poderia devolver e/ou trocar por outra. Deu certinho. Levei a peça, testei e como não resolveu, voltei, fiz a troca e deu tudo certo. Acabou saindo bem mais barato que outro orçamento que tinha feito em outra assistência e ainda comprei peças novas, originais e garantia. Primeira vez que uso o serviços deles e recomendo..
Good service and trust. As I am not a technician, I needed to fix my washer and dryer and was unsure which part would be needed, although I have a notion of repair. I contacted them and explained the situation. I bought a part and was told that if the problem was not detected, I could return it and/or exchange it for another. It sure did. I took the part, tested it and as it didn't fix it, I came back, made the exchange and everything worked out. It ended up being much cheaper than another quote I had made in another service and I still bought new, original parts and warranty. First time using their services and recommend..

A empresa não oferece serviço de coleta a domicílio mesmo oferecendo pagamento de taxa, tive o transtorno de ter que transportar o purificador as três vezes mesmo sendo um erro da empresa por não executar um serviço de qualidade. Além disso tive um péssimo atendimento pelo atendente Pedro que ficou de me retornar após a minha insatisfação o que não ocorreu, pedi para falar com o gerente ou responsável e não fui atendida para poder resolver o meu problema, tive entrar em contato novamente para ter o retorno e o mesmo me respondeu que não poderia fazer nada a respeito e que se eu não levasse o purificador eles não iriam buscar e que perderia a garantia caso não levasse no prazo da assistência. Empresa com atendimento péssimo, qualidade dos serviço insatisfatório e custo elevado de assistência. Não recomendo essa empresa para ninguém!!!!
It took me a water purifier to repair and even showed the same defect after repair three times in less than 01 months.
The company does not offer the home collection service even offering payment rate, I had the inconvenience of having to carry the cleansing three times even if an error of the company not to run the services. Also I had terrible service the attendant Peter who was returning me after my dissatisfaction which did not happen, I asked to speak to the manager or person in charge and I missed to be able to solve my problem, I had contact again to have return and so I replied that he could not do anything about it and that if I did not take the purifier they would not seek and would lose the guarantee if they do not take the term assistance. Company with bad service, poor quality of service and high cost of care. I do not recommend this company to anyone !!!!
