A equipe de administração do box também e sensacional, desde o Felipe, responsável ate a doce e meiga dona Amelia, sempre disponivel para auxiliar a todos.
E por fim uma galera nota mil que compõe o alunos do box, todos sempre motivados e brincalhões um com os outros, sem briga de egos ou vaidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor box que conheço, o coach Hugo é excelente! O box respeita as orientações para prevenção ao coronavirus (algo que não vi em nenhum outro box da região norte do Rio). Super recomendo as aulas de seg, quarta e sexta.
The best box I know, coach Hugo is excellent! The box respects the guidelines for preventing coronavirus (something I haven't seen in any other box in the north of Rio). I highly recommend the classes on mon, wednesday and friday.
