★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz o meu primeiro Cruzeiro MSC Preziosa no período do dia 21/03 a 25/03 em família no total de 23 pessoas e só tenho a agradecer a todo o apoio desde o começo da nossa negociação com está empresa e com a Júlia agente de viagem que sempre com muita paciência e dedicação nós orientou em todos os momentos até o nosso embarque , a nossa experiência foi simplesmente fantástica , recomendo a quem tem vontade de fazer , passamos dias incríveis e ficou com gostinho de quero mais ?
I did my first MSC Preziosa Cruise from 03/21 to 03/25 with a family of 23 people and I just want to thank you for all the support since the beginning of our negotiation with this company and with Júlia, trip that always guided us with a lot of patience and dedication at all times until our boarding, our experience was simply fantastic, I recommend it to anyone who wants to do it, we had amazing days and left with a taste for more ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não fiz o Cruzeiro, mas o primeiro contato com o LUCAS já foi sensacional! Ele ficou 1 hora e meia ao telefone comigo, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas de forma extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. Com certeza farei um Cruzeiro com a MSC e tendo o Lucas como o atendente. Obrigada!
I haven't done the Cruzeiro yet, but the first contact with LUCAS was sensational! He spent 1.5 hours on the phone with me, answered all my questions in an extremely attentive and helpful way. I will definitely do a Cruise with MSC and having Lucas as the attendant. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente quero agradecer o excelente atendimento do LUCAS e da ISABEL. Quanto ao Cruzeiro no MSC Preziosa, foi muito gratificante, atendendo às minhas expectativas. Infelizmente um fato superveniente nos impediu de atracar em Angra dos Reis/Ilha Grande devido ao temporal catastrófico naquela região, obrigando o Comandante a retornar para Ilha Bela/SP.
First, I want to thank LUCAS and ISABEL for their excellent service. As for the cruise on MSC Preziosa, it was very rewarding, meeting my expectations. Unfortunately, a supervening event prevented us from docking in Angra dos Reis/Ilha Grande due to the catastrophic storm in that region, forcing the Commander to return to Ilha Bela/SP.

Fomos em um total de 23 pessoas e recomendamos muito essa empresa e em especial a Júlia que nos deu todo o suporte de pré e pós venda, tirando todas as nossas dúvidas (porque eram muitas, eram 23 pessoas fazendo um Cruzeiro pela primeira vez e cheios de ansiedade) ela teve muita paciência, esclareceu e nos orientou muito bem. Gostamos e recomendamos tanto que já estamos cotando outro pacote com essa mesma empresa e com a Júlia para uma próxima viagem.
I just came back in love with the trip I took on Cruzeiro. We went with a total of 23 people and we highly recommend this company and especially Júlia who gave us all the pre and post sales support, clearing all our doubts (because there were many, there were 23 people doing a cruise for the first time and full of anxiety) she was very patient, explained and guided us very well. We liked it and recommend it so much that we are already quoting another package with this same company and with Júlia for a next trip.
