★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote com mais dois amigos meus para o hotel casa blanca em Porto Seguro, que era válido no fds do dia 28/10/2020 porém chegando no dia do embarque que seria as 12:05 como nossa grande São Paulo vive em trânsito e ainda na pandemia chegamos no aeroporto 11:25 da manhã onde não deixaram com que fizéssemos check-in e perdemos o voo, e fomos informados que o portão de embarque tinha fechado 11:15 por causa de dez min. Desde então estamos recorrendo a CVC e ao nosso a gente de viagem para nos darmos uma posição e até agora nenhum retorno. Isso já faz 5 meses e não temos nenhuma posição.
 I bought a package with two more friends of mine for the hotel casa blanca in Porto Seguro, which was valid on the days of 10/28/2020 but arriving on the day of departure which would be at 12:05 pm as our great São Paulo lives in transit and still in the pandemic, we arrived at the airport at 11:25 am where we were not allowed to check in and missed the flight, and we were informed that the boarding gate had closed at 11:15 am because of ten minutes. Since then we have been using CVC and our travel people to give us a position and so far no return. This has been going on for 5 months and we have no position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei antes da pandemia um pacote de viagens com aéreo e hotel para viajar com toda minha família (6 pessoas), mas com a pandemia a viagem foi cancelada. Posteriormente tentei remarcar essa viagem, posso dizer que foi quase impossível, pois NÃO ATENDIAM O TELEFONE, e eu ficava MAIS DE 1 HORA na linha para derrubarem a ligação. Teve dias que eu tentei ligar mais de 15 vezes.
Depois de muitas brigas, pois remarcaram apenas o meu aéreo e não tínhamos lugar para ficar, conseguimos regularizar a situação. Mas, 4 DIAS ANTES DA VIAGEM eu recebi um e-mail ALTERANDO A DATA DO MEU VOO SEM NENHUMA EXPLICAÇÃO.
Iriamos viajar na sexta-feira bem cedinho para aproveitar o dia no Beto Carreiro, com bilhetes já comprados e retornaríamos no domingo. Apenas informaram que meu voo foi alterado para o sábado e retornando no domingo. E todo o gasto que tive será reembolsado? E a expectativa das 2 crianças que estão esperando essa viagem a mais de 1 ano?
Mais uma vez eu ligo, e nada conseguem resolver.
Nunca fui tão humilhada sendo cliente. TE TRATAM COMO SE ESTIVESSEM TE FAZENDO UM FAVOR.
Before the pandemic I bought a travel package with air and hotel to travel with all my family (6 people), but with the pandemic the trip was canceled. Afterwards I tried to reschedule this trip, I can say that it was almost impossible, as THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, and I was MORE THAN 1 HOUR on the line to drop the call. There were days when I tried to call more than 15 times.
After many fights, as they only rescheduled my plane and we had no place to stay, we managed to regularize the situation. But, 4 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP I received an email CHANGING THE DATE OF MY FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION.
We would travel early on Friday to enjoy the day at Beto Carreiro, with tickets already purchased and would return on Sunday. They just reported that my flight was changed to Saturday and returning on Sunday. And will all the expenses I have been reimbursed? What about the expectations of the 2 children who have been waiting for this trip for over 1 year?
Once again I call, and they can't solve anything.
I've never been so humiliated as a customer. TREAT YOU AS IF THEY'RE DOING YOU A FAVOR.

Pagamento dificultado pela ausência de opções: compras de pacotes feita no site aceitam apenas "cartão de crédito".
Falta de comunicação e suporte adequado no pós venda.
Comunicação fraca entre a CVC, seus representantes de turismo local e a companhia aérea.
Em resumo, paga-se pelo serviço e depois fica a deriva da sorte ou azar.
It has several and excellent packages at conventional prices.
Payment made difficult by the lack of options: package purchases made on the site only accept "credit card".
Lack of communication and adequate after-sales support.
Poor communication between CVC, its local tourism representatives and the airline.
In short, you pay for the service and then you are left adrift by luck or bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JÁ ENTREI COM RECLAMAÇÃO NO SAC, OUVIDORIA, RECLAME AQUI, PROCON E AGORA ESTOU ENTRANDO COM UMA AÇÃO JUDICIAL! ESTOU TENTANDO O CONTATO DESDE SETEMBRO PARA REMARCAR MINHA VIAGEM QUE ESTÁ COMPRADA E PAGA DESDE O ANO PASSADO! NINGUEM ME DÁ UMA POSIÇÃO.
A CIA AEREA DESIGNADA PELA AGENCIA CVC FALIU E FIQUEI SEM MINHA PASSAGEM, A CVC NÃO ENTROU EM CONTATO COMIGO EM NENHUM MOMENTO PARA ME AVISAR DO OCORRIDO. DESCOBRI QUE A EMPRESA NÃO ESTAVA MAIS OPERANDO QUANDO TENTEI ENTRAR NO SITE COM O NÚMERO DO BILHETE E NÃO CONSEGUI.
ENTREI EM CONTATO PARA ENTENDER OQUE ACONTECEU E TIVE PÉSSIMOS ATENDIMENTOS, DESCASO COM O CLIENTE.
QUERO A REMARCAÇÃO DESSE VOO, CASO CONTRÁRIO, EXIJO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA!!
I HAVE ALREADY ENTERED A COMPLAINT WITH THE SAC, OMBUDSMAN, CLAIM HERE, PROCON AND NOW I AM SUBMITTING A COURT ACTION! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT SINCE SEPTEMBER TO REBOOK MY TRIP WHICH IS PURCHASE AND PAID FOR SINCE LAST YEAR! NO ONE GIVES ME A POSITION.
THE CIA AEREA DESIGNATED BY THE CVC AGENCY FAILED AND I WAS WITHOUT MY TICKET, CVC DID NOT CONTACT ME AT ANY TIME TO ADVISE ME OF THE OCCURRENCE. I FOUND THAT THE COMPANY WAS NO LONGER OPERATING WHEN I TRYED TO ENTER THE WEBSITE WITH THE TICKET NUMBER AND I WAS NOT ABLE.
I CONTACTED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED AND I HAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I WANT TO REBOOK THIS FLIGHT, OTHERWISE I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!!

Atendentes repetem um roteiro decorado, não solucionam os problemas relatados, pior compra da vida! NÃO COMPREM PELA CVC On-line, dinheiro jogado no lixo!
I've been trying to reschedule a trip for January/21 for months due to the pandemic. Bad service, countless attempts to contact you by phone, waiting for more than 50 minutes! Attendants repeat a memorized script, do not solve reported problems, worst purchase ever! DON'T BUY BY CVC Online, money thrown in the trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CVC não devolve o valor referente ao cancelamento de contratos ocorridos em 28/12/20 por ocasião da Covid e sequer sabe dar qualquer informação sobre a data efetiva desse reembolso que está com prazo prestes a vencer (27/12/21). Limitam-se a abrir protocolos que nunca têm tratativas. Sequer as denúncias junto ao Reclame Aqui têm solução.
Se não tivermos uma solução impreterivelmente até amanhã, dia 08/12/21 sobre a data em que o valor total de ressarcimento vai ocorrer, sendo o prazo limite dia 27/12/21, estaremos ingressando judicialmente contra a empresa por perdas de danos materiais e morais
CVC does not refund the amount referring to the cancellation of contracts that occurred on 12/28/20 at Covid and does not even know how to give any information about the effective date of this refund, which is due to expire (12/27/21). They limit themselves to opening protocols that never have negotiations. Not even complaints with Reclame Aqui have a solution.
If we do not have a solution until tomorrow, 12/08/21 on the date on which the total reimbursement amount will occur, with the deadline being 12/27/21, we will be taking legal action against the company for material damage losses and morals
