I am disappointed by the service of Carol, from the Customer Service Center in Sao Paulo, who hung up the phone before I had finished my complaint to mobilize someone to solve my problem: knowing the name of the Hotel I am going to stay in Moscow on my arrival. Terrible attendance.
Filled in our WRONG travel vouchers, we contacted via WhatsApp it took days to return, when we returned it was extremely arrogant and sarcastic.
I never buy tickets at this agency again and we will file a complaint with the CVC ombudsman.
