★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguem cumprir prazo para entrega do veículo, dão prazo de 10 dias úteis e não são capazes de fazer todos os serviços necessárias dentro do prazo que a própria oficina informa. Faz contato por telefone para saber do andamento e só enrolam.
They are unable to meet the deadline for delivery of the vehicle, give a deadline of 10 working days and are not able to do all the necessary services within the deadline that the workshop itself informs. Make contact by phone to know the progress and just roll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o carro pela seguradora. Do concerto na lataria nada a reclamar. Mas pedem sonoros 15 dias úteis.... E era um concerto bobo (desamassar e pintar para choque).
I took the car through the insurance company. From the concert in the bodywork nothing to complain. But they ask for sound 15 working days.... And it was a silly concert (kneading and painting for shock).
