★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corretor não respondeu por VÁRIAS a solicitação de visita ao imóvel, sendo eu obrigado a procurar e assim fechar negócio em outra empresa com um funcionário com mais vontade de atender ao cliente ,então este é o motivo da minha qualificação baixa, não recomendo !

Setor financeiro pessoa bacana educada e flexível.
Os corretores até são bons, mais mascaram os defeitos dos imóveis de locação.
Setor que cuida dos contratos e documentação é muito fraco e sem profissionalismo.
Já no quesito suporte, são péssimos, se você locar qualquer tipo de imóvel e o mesmo apresentar problemas decorrentes da idade do imóvel ou mal uso que antecedeu sua entrada no mesmo, esqueça pois não terá suporte!!!
Combinam e prometem mais não cumprem.

Atendimento do Edilson nada profissional!
Em plena pandemia aumentaram o aluguel e não aceitaram negociação! Foram muito insensíveis e nada compreensíveis. Não recomendo, pois eles não se importam com os inquilinos. Humanidade zero!

O atendimento do corretor e dos funcionários no geral foi excelente e super rápido,o corretor chegou a nos contactar minutos depois que declaramos interesse no imóvel e nos atendeu no dia 30/12. Mandamos por whatsapp as cláusulas do contrato que queríamos alteração e recebemos o ok da imobiliária. Quando recebemos o contrato as alterações não estavam lá e fomos avisados que não seriam adicionadas e que deveríamos assinar do jeito que estava ou desistir. Sem a menor explicação e depois de um mês de negociação e de termos todos os documentos aprovados. Nenhum comprometimento ou seriedade da parte deles. Não recomendo esta empresa a ninguém.
We tried to rent an apartment through this company. The service from the broker and the staff in general was excellent and super fast, the broker came to contact us minutes after we declared interest in the property and attended to us on 12/30. We sent by whatsapp the clauses of the contract that we wanted to change and we received the ok from the real estate company. When we received the contract the changes weren't there and we were told that they wouldn't be added and that we had to sign as is or give up. Without the slightest explanation and after a month of negotiation and having all the documents approved. No commitment or seriousness on their part. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
