Essa semana também conheci o mestre Roni (Muay Thay) e tive o prazer de treinar com ele também, novamente um profissional extremamente competente. Não podia querer mais desta equipe. Meu respeito e admiração pelo excelente trabalho. Recomendo.
Sensei Fernando is very good people and very competent. Attentive and patient with his students. He teaches effective and respectful jiu-jitsu, just as I value it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe nota mil. Aula com bastante técnicas e ja no primeiro dia conseguimos dominar muitas delas, o local e bem localizado com transporte passando na porta.
A academia esta dentro de uma galeria no segundo andar tudo e bem organizado e super limpo os instrutores são super competentes e a equipe e muito carismáticos e profissionais.
Muito dedicado aos alunos eu particularmente sou muito tímida e eles me enturmaram e me senti muito acolhida.
Eu super recomendo eu adoro a aula de box
Tem vários horários e 3 vezes na semana.

The gym is inside a gallery on the second floor, everything is well organized and super clean, the instructors are super competent and the staff is very charismatic and professional.
Very dedicated to the students, I am particularly very shy and they fit me and I felt very welcomed.
I super recommend it I love the boxing class
