★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A CVC de Cruzeiro me providenciou o melhor preço, e itinerário perfeito para os Estados Unidos em Janeiro/2020, além disso Desci na Filadélfia como eu queria, perto da cidade onde eu vim trabalhar, tudo perfeito. Quando entramos em quarentena, eu liguei pra CVC cruzeiro , eu descobri que o Giovanni não era só um pessoa que queria vender a passagem, ele ponderou comigo, disse: os aeroportos estão um loucura, vão fechar em dois dias, você não tem que entrar nessa loucura, espera até maio/2020. Quando os aeroportos abriram e liguei pro Giovani Fermi para mudar a passagem pra Janeiro/2021, de novo alta temporada, tudo difícil. Para mudar pra Dezembro ficaria em torno de 1900 reais e para Janeiro 3300 reais mais ou menos; semana passada eu mandei o cartão e falei, não tem jeito, tenho que voltar em Janeiro, pode cobrar. Hoje o Giovanni me passa uma mensagem dizendo: Odila, tenho boas noticias, consegui mudar sua passagem para Janeiro/2021, voltando pela Filadélfia e sem nenhum custo....gente eu pensei que ele já tinha cobrado...ele ficou tentando e conseguiu a mudança sem custo, isso é cuidado!
CVC de Cruzeiro provided me with the best price, and perfect itinerary for the United States in January / 2020, in addition I went down to Philadelphia as I wanted, close to the city where I came to work, everything perfect. When we were quarantined, I called CVC Cruzeiro, I found out that Giovanni was not just someone who wanted to sell the ticket, he pondered with me, he said: the airports are crazy, they are going to close in two days, you don't have to enter in this madness, it waits until May / 2020. When the airports opened and I called Giovani Fermi to change the ticket to January / 2021, again high season, everything was difficult. To move to December it would be around 1900 reais and for January 3300 reais more or less; last week I sent the card and said, there's no way, I have to go back in January, you can charge. Today Giovanni gives me a message saying: Odila, I have good news, I managed to change his ticket to January / 2021, returning through Philadelphia and at no cost .... people I thought he had already charged ... he kept trying and got the change at no cost, this is taken care of!
