Se negam a dar informações além daquilo que está no anúncio e não se identificam de forma alguma. Péssimo!
Company with disgusting service. I made contact with the Penha store, owned by Amador Bueno, and the service was rubbish. I do not recommend. Attendants/travel agents do not serve with ethics or empathy. They refuse to give information beyond what is in the ad and do not identify themselves in any way. Terrible!
