★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1:10 pra marcar uma consulta. Pois não poderia ser por telefone ou outro meio. É não consegui marcar. Funcionária que faria a marcação não estava e ficaram de ligar no mesmo dia. E não ligaram. Desrespeito total com os pacientes do convênio. Protocolo do covid quase ignorado. Aglomerando sem necessidade.

And they didn't care. Total disrespect for the health plan patients. Covid protocol almost ignored. Crowding without need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência sempre péssima. Local lotado, sem distanciamento, exames sempre feitos com muito atraso, para emissão do resultado é preciso quase brigar e o atendimento pelo telefone e whats é péssimo, ou melhor, inexistente!
Always bad experience. Crowded place, no distance, exams are always carried out too late, to issue the result you have to almost fight and the service by phone and whats is terrible, or rather, non-existent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Os recepcionistas demonstram desmotivação e descaso no atendimento. Não sabem explicar o básico, não demonstram empatia e muito menos simpatia com os clientes. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo!!! Gostaria de não depender do serviço deles.
Terrible attendance. Receptionists demonstrate lack of motivation and carelessness. They don't know how to explain the basics, they don't show empathy and even less sympathy with customers. Bad, bad, bad!!! I would like not to depend on their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, como pode um serviço tão ruim?! Telefone não atendia, fui até a clínica pra agendar uma us e não fazem agendamento lá, só por telefone. O número tinha sido alterado, liguei no novo número e depois que, finalmente, consegui falar o atendimento telefônico pede para agendar pelo site!! Enfim, entro no site e tem uma fila de espera pra agendar!!! Só Deus sabe até quando vou ficar aguardando...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo pelo site de agendamento, fora a fila de espera que é imensa. Hoje ao agendar um exame com a atendente Camila Cardoso a mesma não aguardou nem anexar a guia e encerrou o atendimento , ao solicitar para reconectar fui atendida novamente por ela , quando me passou a data pedi um momento para ver minha disponibilidade e a mesma falou que não poderia aguardar pois tinha fila , pois bem no final marcou me mandou o link do procedimento a realizar antes do exame que nem deu tempo de clicar pois ela encerrou o contato.
Ridículo a falta de respeito pelas pessoas , imagina as pessoas que tem dificuldade com esses atendimentos online , não consegue marcar.
Lamentável.
