★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas para entrar no imóvel que fui locatário, um belo atraso que até relevei. Ao sair do imóvel me cobraram reparos absurdos do qual não fui responsável, ao questionar, o vistoriador não tinha justamente as imagens da vistoria de entrada dos "estragos" que estavam me cobrando para podermos comprovar e caso eu não concordasse em assinar não iria receber as chaves e teria que arcar com mais uma mensalidade de aluguel e etc.. Questionei via e-mail e não deram atenção ao caso, pelo que vi em outros comentários parece ser uma prática.

I asked via email and did not pay attention to the case, from what I saw in other comments it seems to be a practice.

Due to my profession I change a lot, which allowed me to meet numerous real estate companies in the last 8 years. My experience with D. Lange was the best possible. From the broker to the professional who terminated my contract, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Hire with your eyes closed, you will certainly be amazed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado eu me enrolei cai em uma armadilha verifique bem o contrato estude antes de fechar com essa empresa para não se enrolar estou desde março pagando por um imóvel que não me dá retorno nenhum pois não posso utilizar infelizmente gerente nunca esta disponível passa bola igual o jogador fim de carreira única pessoa que se empenha e a Mônica ... cuidado ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho Imóvel sob os cuidados dwsta Unidade mas p contato telefônico simplesmente é impossível. Precisando resolver um assunto urgente..esqueça que nao ira acontecer... Se.os telefones fixos nao é esse anunciado que regularizem no site. O contato via whatsapp tambem nao esta acontecendo.
I have a Property under the care of this Unit but telephone contact is simply impossible. Needing to solve an urgent matter...forget that it won't happen... If.the landlines are not advertised, they can be regularized on the site. Contact via whatsapp is also not happening.

Eles mandaram uma pessoa se não me engano , Cristina, foi na vistoria de saída...e anotou irregularidade, que já existiam na casa. Resumindo, enquanto não regularizamos uma coisa que não era nossa, messsmo com as fotos não conseguíamos sair...Então pra não passar mais nervoso, decidimos fazer o que queriam...Isso foi em fevereiro, e só agora com calma estou conseguindo escrever aqui deixando nossa experiência. não indico pra ninguém.
To get in with rent is wonderful, but to get out...I've never been so nervous in my life.
