★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária péssima, nota zero fazem de tudo pra tirar dinheiro da gente, nunca alugue nenhum imóvel nessa imobiliária, funcionários totalmente mal caráter, quando a gente entrega o imóvel além de pintar a primeira vez, elas falam que não ta boa a pintura e faz a gente pintar tudo de novo, e depois manda um boleto do mês seguinte, alegando que você tem que pagar o aluguel porque elas não gostaram da pintura, sendo que imóvel já foi liberado a 2 meses atrás, detalhe não foi só comigo, aconteceu com outras pessoas também,falta de profissionalismo e vergonha na cara!
Terrible real estate, zero grade, they do everything they can to take money from us, never rent any property from this real estate company, employees totally bad character, when we deliver the property in addition to painting the first time, they say that the painting is not good and do the we paint everything again, and then send a payment slip for the following month, claiming that you have to pay the rent because they didn't like the painting, since the property was already released 2 months ago, it wasn't just me, it happened to others people too, lack of professionalism and shame in the face!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É estranho, parece que não querem alugar nada, dificultam muito de disponibilizar um corretor para mostrar um imóvel. Péssimo, desisti de visitar a casa só de imaginar alguma relação com essa "imobiliária".
It is strange, it seems that they do not want to rent anything, they make it very difficult to provide a broker to show a property. Terribly, I gave up visiting the house just to imagine a relationship with this "real estate company".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para informação de locação,péssimo atendimento,atendente grossa e com pouco caso,isso pq estou com interesse de alugar,fico imaginando depois que aluga.eu não recomendo e acho que os locadores deveriam tb prestar atenção a onde coloca seus imóveis, pq muitas vezes deixa de alugar por causa da qualidade se atendimento da imobiliária
I called for rental information, lousy service, thick attendant and with little case, that's why I'm interested in renting, I wonder afterwards that I don't recommend it and I think that landlords should also pay attention to where they put their properties, because many often stops renting because of the quality of the real estate service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o desprazer de alugar uma casa por meio dessa imobiliária. O atendimento é péssimo, as corretoras são mal educadas e nunca estão disponíveis para visita aos imóveis. Quando fui visitar a casa com meu marido, a corretora me ligou pedindo para que eu me apressasse pq tinha outra visita depois. No outro dia não podia me levar pq ia buscar os filhos na escola; depois pq ia ao dentista (não estou brincando)... e só trabalham à tarde, se vc ligar as 13h estão em horário de almoço e as 17h já foram embora. Se quer trabalhar com corretagem e administração de imóveis, tenha postura! Parece que estão lá por obrigação!!! Reclamam que são muitos imóveis e por isso não podem resolver esse ou aquele problema - mas esse não é o seu trabalho?? Estou compartilhando a minha experiência para que outras pessoas não tenham as mesmas dores de cabeça que tenho tido.
I had the displeasure of renting a house through this real estate. The service is terrible, the brokerages are rude and are never available to visit the real estate. When I went to visit the house with my husband, the broker called me asking me to hurry because I had another visit later. The other day I could not take me to pick up my children from school; then I went to the dentist (I'm not kidding) ... and only work in the afternoon, if you call at 13h are in lunch time and 17h are gone. If you want to work with brokerage and real estate management, have posture! Looks like they are there out of obligation !!! They complain that they are too much real estate and so they can't solve this or that problem - but isn't that your job ?? I am sharing my experience so that other people do not have the same headaches that I have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu apartamento é alugado através dessa imobiliária. Foi tudo tranquilo quanto a contratos, vistoria e entrega de chaves. Precisei falar com eles 2x durante quase um ano, então não tive muito contato. A primeira vez foi porque o boleto estava atrasado e a segunda foi em relação à uns serviços para fazer no apartamento, mas o seguro cobriu as despesas. Até o momento está sendo positivo
My apartment is rented through this real estate agency. Everything was smooth about contracts, inspection and delivery of keys. I needed to talk to them 2x for almost a year, so I didn't have much contact. The first time was because the ticket was late and the second time was in relation to some services to be done in the apartment, but the insurance covered the expenses. So far it's been positive
