★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Não recomendo a ninguém. Planejamos os móveis em setembro de 2017 e até agora (Jan 2018) o serviço está incompleto. O atendimento na loja foi excepcional, mas depois tudo desandou. Começou com a entrega atrasada dos móveis que ficaram por quase duas semanas jogados dentro da minha casa sem nenhum montador disponível. O prazo de início da montagem ERA de até 4 dias úteis após a entrega. No momento da instalação, tivemos mais problemas. Na sala, furaram a parede na altura errada (brocas de 12 centímetros, imagina o rombo) e não quiseram pagar pelo erro. Tive que mandar tapar e refazer a pintura total da parede, que é de cimento queimado, complicada de ser feita e caríssima. O rack, vendido como sendo de alta tecnologia alemã, veio com todas as gavetas tortas. Reclamamos. Disseram que era normal. Reclamamos de novo. Vieram técnicos, duas vezes. Não resolveram nada e ainda apontaram correções que danificariam ainda mais a estrutura do móvel. Hoje ligo e a resposta é: mais tarde alguém vai ligar para a senhora. Nunca retornam! Na lavanderia, fizeram o corte da pedra AQUI DENTRO e o pó (em quantidade descomunal) se alastrou por todo o apartamento. Sem falar na sujeira de cimento, concreto e outros materiais pesados deixados após a instalação. Desde o ano passado aguardo o término da obra. Os puxadores do móvel ainda não vieram e as portas permanecem escancaradas no meio da lavanderia. Duas amigas que acabaram de comprar apartamento já pediram indicação e eu jamais recomendaria essa fábrica. Por isso resolvi relatar a minha insatisfação por aqui e alertar outros possíveis compradores. Se eles ainda se preocupassem em resolver os problemas, mas o DESCASO NO ATENDIMENTO pós-venda é o mais preocupante. Tudo já está pago e depois de tanto estresse e incômodo ainda não recebemos a obra completa.
Horrible! I don't recommend it to anyone. We planned the furniture in September 2017 and so far (Jan 2018) the service is incomplete. The service at the store was exceptional, but then everything went wrong. It started with the delayed delivery of the furniture that had been thrown for almost two weeks inside my house without any assemblers available. The ERA assembly start-up period of up to 4 working days after delivery. At the time of installation, we had more problems. In the living room, they drilled the wall at the wrong height (12 cm drills, imagine the hole) and didn't want to pay for the error. I had to have the entire wall painted and repainted, which is made of burnt cement, complicated to make and very expensive. The rack, sold as high-tech German, came with all the bent drawers. We complain. They said it was normal. We complain again. Technicians came twice. They did not solve anything and even pointed out corrections that would further damage the structure of the furniture. Today I call and the answer is: later someone will call you. Never return! In the laundry room, they cut the stone HERE INSIDE and the dust (in enormous amounts) spread throughout the apartment. Not to mention the dirt of cement, concrete and other heavy materials left after installation. Since last year I have been waiting for the work to be completed. The furniture handles have not yet come and the doors remain wide open in the middle of the laundry room. Two friends who just bought an apartment have already asked for an indication and I would never recommend this factory. So I decided to report my dissatisfaction here and alert other potential buyers. If they were still concerned with solving the problems, but the LOSS IN AFTER-SALES SERVICE is the most worrying. Everything is already paid for and after so much stress and discomfort we still haven't received the complete work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM DESSA EMPRESA! PIOR EMPRESA DE MÓVEIS DA FACE DA TERRA!
É tanta indignação que não sei nem por onde começar. Eu e minha esposa decidimos montar nosso Home Office, já que passaremos boa parte do tempo trabalhando de casa, pois bem, cotei com várias empresas e pelo atendimento da vendedora e design do projeto decidimos fechar com a DMarco. Fizeram as medições, assinei os projetos e ok deu inicio ao prazo de 40 dias para entrega.
Perto da entrega pedi um posicionamento e me responderam que tiveram problemas na produção e atrasariam a entrega. Atrasaram mais 10 dias úteis do prazo.
Entregaram os produtos e então me ligaram informando que dentre mais 5 dias úteis chegaria o montador, já achei um absurdo pois fiquei com um quarto inteiro ocupado com várias peças e só montariam na próxima semana.
Na montagem, o montador começou a apontar os erros. Erro de medição no rodapé que impossibilitva a montagem correta do armário. Não foi considerado o cortineiro na janela, então uma das portas ficaria torta. Uma das portas do gaveteiro veio no tamanho errado, então ela não fecha corretamente. Pedi um zilhão de vezes para não cortar a moldura de gesso, o montador cortou a moldura. O montador cortou uma peça errada e depois fez um remendo ridiculo! Utilizaram uma quantidade anormal de massa para tampar buracos deixando o móvel todo manchado. Utilizaram protetores brancos em um móvel cinza. AS prateleiras do armário vieram no tamanho errado.
Um supervisor de montagem veio no outro dia para ver como tinha ficado. Quando ele entra no escritório e mostramos os erros o mesmo disse "Nossa quanto erro de medição! E faltou capricho nessa montagem." Foi decidido com ele que a DMarco faria todas as correções, pedindo urgência na fábrica para envio dos materiais, e em 10 dias úteis estariam aqui para arrumar o que está errado.
Já se passaram 15 dias úteis e a fábrica me informa que estão com problemas com fornecedores e irão atrasar mais, sem prazo definido.
Péssima experiência, estou pagando algo que definitivamente não comprei, estou com minhas coisas todas amontoadas porque não posso arrumar um comodo que será desmontado novamente. Ninguém da assistência de nada, só ficam pedindo desculpas mas não resolvem.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WORST FURNITURE COMPANY ON EARTH FACE!
It is so much indignation that I don't even know where to start. My wife and I decided to set up our Home Office, since we will spend a good part of the time working from home, well, I worked with several companies and due to the salesperson and project design we decided to close with DMarco. The measurements were made, I signed the projects and ok, I started the 40-day delivery deadline.
Near delivery I asked for a positioning and they answered that they had problems in production and would delay delivery. They delayed another 10 working days.
They delivered the products and then called me informing that in another 5 working days the assembler would arrive, I already found it absurd because I had an entire room occupied with several parts and they would only assemble in the next week.
In the assembly, the assembler started pointing out the errors. Measurement error in the baseboard that prevented the correct assembly of the cabinet. The curtain on the window was not considered, so one of the doors would be crooked. One of the drawer doors came in the wrong size, so it doesn't close properly. I asked a zillion times not to cut the plasterboard, the installer cut the frame. The assembler cut the wrong part and then made a ridiculous patch! They used an abnormal amount of putty to plug holes leaving the furniture stained. They used white protectors on a gray piece of furniture. The closet shelves came in the wrong size.
An assembly supervisor came the other day to see how it turned out. When he enters the office and we show the errors he said "Wow how much measurement error! And there was a lack of care in this assembly." It was decided with him that DMarco would make all the corrections, asking for urgency at the factory to send the materials, and in 10 working days they would be here to fix what is wrong.
It has been 15 working days and the factory informs me that they are having problems with suppliers and will delay more, without a defined deadline.
Bad experience, I am paying for something I definitely didn't buy, I have my things all piled up because I can't find a room that will be dismantled again. Nobody assists anything, they just apologize but they don't solve it.

A empresa me causou tantos problemas que eu teria que escrever um livro p/ contar tudo.... Acabamento terrível, faltaram peças, mau atendimento, desrespeito aos protocolos de saúde durante a pandemia, total falta de cuidado já que estragaram várias coisas na minha casa durante a entrega e montagem, marcam uma data (nos fazem perder o trabalho), mas não aparecem e nem avisam (por mais de uma vez)... Pior de tudo, levantaram a minha cama do lugar (mesmo sendo avisado p/ não mexer) e houve uma queda que poderia provocar um acidente, sendo que temos criança pequena e pets em casa...
Além de tudo, móvel de qualidade super duvidosa, pois em 1 mês de uso já está apresentando problemas na porta de correr...
Total decepção com o produto e com o atendimento.

The company caused me so many problems that I would have to write a book to tell everything.... Terrible finish, missing parts, poor service, disrespect for health protocols during the pandemic, total lack of care as they spoiled several things in my home during delivery and assembly, they set a date (they make us lose work), but they don't show up or let them know (more than once)... Worst of all, they lifted my bed from its place (even though I was warned p/ do not move) and there was a fall that could cause an accident, since we have small children and pets at home...
In addition, mobile of super dubious quality, as in 1 month of use it is already showing problems on the sliding door...
Total disappointment with the product and with the service.

Triste que o produto final, na montagem acaba com avaliação dos profissionais por trás de tudo.
Factory did not send handles, left over parts, ordered at the Guarulhos store. Unfinished assembly. Beautiful on the outside, caus on the inside.
Sad that the final product, in the assembly, ends up with the evaluation of the professionals behind everything.
